Tesla Service Center

Tried getting an unusual noise issue resolved by the service center here on my cybertruck. Later I found out this is coming from the front drive unit. They were unwilling or uninterested in getting it repaired for me even after giving evidence of other service centers fixing the noise on cybertrucks. Just kept getting dragged out for a few months until I decided to try with another location. Their techs would acknowledge the unusual noise in test drives but refused to notate in their service visit that the sound was not normal. Even took a test drive on one of their own trucks and the noise was not present. Really hoping I don’t get stuck with a lemon.

Whew! After two awful experiences at both Tesla Service locations in Chicago that I’m not going to get into, but I am grateful for these guys coming in and repairing the Chicago location monstrosity. I don’t have it in me to write a review on those locations, but I hope anyone visiting Chicago have a much more positive experience. I’m mystified as of why I did not. However, my visit at Renton was super quick and the gentleman who name I did not catch engaged in meaningful quick conversation, set expectations, and followed up as promised. I’ve never experienced this great of customer support at a Tesla Service location since my time in Denver. My vehicle was ready within an hour. 4+ rating is the reason of selecting this location, and a quick positive experience from last year.

$1240 for a model Y windshield replacement took six hours. Staff was ridiculously pleasant and friendly. Free Wi-Fi and coffee while you wait. They also offer an Uber credit if you want to wait at home.

Everything looks normal... nice people, ok location, probably best sales folks but... when it comes to ordering parts it's always something "happening". Giving them 3 stars only because of their poor management of parts department. They definitely don't want you to fix your car by yourself and this is understandable

Unlike any other car buying experience. Absolutely the best. Friendly, easy, and fast. Go buy a Tesla, you won't regret it! Now Tesla offers a 5 minute buying process! We love our car, sorry we waited.
