Terrible communication and very low knowledge on information and things you need to know before hand also lost my key and said just use your phone like no I brought it with a key I need a key back...Terrible service

Although initially I had a bad experience. They made it somewhat right. Kevin the service advisor is amazing and great at customer care, hes the only reason Im giving any stars.

First time using Tesla Service for my Model 3, and I couldn’t be more amazed by the professionalism and customer service. Tomy was the MVP. He took on the challenge of dealing with a third-party warranty company, fought the battle, and came out victorious. What impressed me most wasn’t just the repair itself, but the fact that he genuinely cared about helping me through the process. That’s rare these days. Whatever Tesla is paying this man, it’s probably not enough. Thank you, Tomy, for taking the Tesla experience to the next level. I hope you see this review or that someone at Tesla gives you the recognition you deserve.

Got a tire replaced & warranty work done but they dirtied inside of my car without cleaning it up. Car has light interior, there are dirty handprints where they worked. Unprofessional, unacceptable & will be calling corporate.

Dropped off my tesla after hours because I work appointment. No instructions on where to park car or leave key or whether or not key was needed. Then they message me next day that I missed the appointment. I responded that the car was there and they just ghost me. No response from tesla and can't get a human on the phone.
