Tesla Service Fort Lauderdale

I came first time here for the AC and wiper repair service and all the representatives were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out and squeeze me in their service schedule. Special shoutout to Carlos, Omar and Julio.

9 days and counting for a covered warranty 12V battery replacement on my 2024 Model Y. ETA pushed multiple times — now May 26. No loaner, no Uber credits, no clear communication. Family of 4 in Florida in the summer. Multiple Tesla app messages and calls without real resolution. The cars are great; the service experience here is not.

Mike banos is an absolute mench he has helped me multiple times with my model y he goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure their Tesla experience is not like a typical service center like other places i reccomend everyone that is searching to get service done on their cars to go and ask for Mike he will take care of you and make sure all your concerns are addressed he’s straight to the point and one of the other things I love about him is he is honest and actually cares he makes you feel like a human being kudos to Mike and the whole Tesla team of Fort Lauderdale looking forward seeing you guys again :)

Extremely disappointed with the service at Tesla Fort Lauderdale. I scheduled an appointment in advance and clearly communicated multiple times that I would need a loaner vehicle upon arrival. I was assured that this would be arranged when I got there. However, when I arrived, I was told that my appointment had been canceled without any notification. No explanation, no accountability. After pushing back, they eventually agreed to take the car in for service, but then suddenly informed me that no loaner vehicle was available, despite their prior confirmation. Instead, they told me they would “call me by tomorrow evening,” leaving me completely without transportation. This is unacceptable. On top of that, the issue with the AC not working in Florida is critical. This is not a minor inconvenience — it directly affects health and safety, especially with family in the car. Tesla is fully aware that AC failures in this climate are a serious problem, yet there is zero urgency or proper support from the service team. The entire experience shows: • Lack of communication • Poor internal systems • No accountability • No respect for customers’ time This is not the level of service expected from Tesla. Very disappointing.

I had an excellent experience at Tesla Service thanks to AJ. He took great care of both me and my car from start to finish. AJ was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. He kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to find service like this, thank you, AJ, for going above and beyond!
