Tesla Service Indianapolis Castleton

Went with a friend to take delivery of his new Model Y Long Range today. Excellent delivery experience with clear explanations from delivery guy (Mike). The car was in immaculate condition.

When coming in for service, Garrett helped us very well and was extremely supportive and friendly. Definitely recommend this place

They were very flexible with things that came up. Super friendly and got our inspection done in a timely manner!! Definitely would recommend. Garett, Nick and Andrew were delightful

My brand new 2026 Tesla model three performance, Needed to be serviced. The tesla service center allowed me to have a loaner vehicle, And they gave me the cyber beast truck! Paco the associate Was very helpful and very kind and I’m very Thankful for the opportunity to drive the cyber beast as a loaner. The whole process was quick and easy and again I really appreciate their courtesy and help.

They have been very easy to work with and even when a repair failed. They corrected the issue at no expense to be and much quicker than the date that showed up in the app when I reached out. I own a model Y and model X and they buy far away have been the most reliable vehicles I’ve ever driven.
