Tesla Service Indianapolis-Greenwood

STAY AWAY!!!! These guys make used car dealers look like Jesus. The absolute worst Tesla service shop I have ever been too. Staff needs to learn customer service and at least try being friendly. They do not honor appointments and will do whatever they can to ruin your day.

I dropped my car off for service at 8:00 for 8:15 appointment. The anticipated completion time was 10:45. Ok, I can kill 2.5 hours. Service started at 8:45. Service was to repair the charge port door and frunk latch on my 4 month old 2026 Model S. 10:45 came and went, no updates. At 12:15 I went and looked for service person who wasn't at his desk so I waited. He finally showed. It took some looking, but he found my car. The work hadn't started yet! I'm 4 1/4 hrs into waiting. He said "I didn't know you were waiting." It is one thing to totally fail at your job, but then imply blame on the customer is BEYOND BELIEF!! If you aren't waiting apparently the appointment time and anticipated completion are meaningless. This is not the way to run a business! Absolutely awful!

Not happy with the answers I got from the service manager. I have a brand new tesla, with less than 800 miles on it. And he tells me it's normal for it to get out of alignment. It must have hit a pothole or something.Where is exact words. I find it hard to believe that I would take my brand new, expensive car and hit a pothole with it. But what do I know? I'm just the customer.

A car repair can always be a little frustrating but this shop makes it a lot less frustrating. You will never be happy about the cost of the repair, but if the car was expensive when you bought it - then it is going to be expensive to repair it. Pleased with my service at the Tesla Service Greenwood location. Smooth and communicative.

Customer service and repairs at this location is consistently more than five stars, because they go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and that all issues are resolved. I was prepared to pay today, but they kindly performed service with no charge! Imagine that! An act of goodwill. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to this Tesla service center, and be kind to everyone there, because they offer top-notch service that you can’t easily find elsewhere. If I was rich, I would give everyone there a big cash tip for exceptional interpersonal skills. This is not an AI generated comment. Cheers Dezzy
