Super friendly, very helpful... professional all around. Picking up a car couldn't have been much easier

I got great service, mostly online. Warranty work was seamless and is working out great! Service manager had my loaner car ready within minutes. Thanks for all your help. I hope I don’t need to return, but if I do, I’m confident in the system for service online for pickup or drop off.

I bought my model Y used from a third-party dealership back in July 2025. However, because of the nature of having it serviced, I like the dealership to do it. Since July, I have taken my car to the Tesla dealership, a.k.a. studio a.k.a. service center to have it service. I enjoy taking it in, these guys are always very nice. They’ve always been very helpful. I also don’t feel that they upsell. In fact when I’ve tried to ask about getting other things done, they’ve stated that I really don’t need that yet. So thank you. I hope everyone else has the same experience.

Tesla Service Center is a place to test drive, order and have your Tesla serviced. This center is clean, caring and concerned about you and your vehicle. I have been using this service center for test drives, ordering online and getting my vehicles serviced for some time now. I usually wait for my vehicle to be serviced. You receive 5 star services here, even if you drive an older Tesla. They have plenty of vehicles for test drives and take home if they need to keep your vehicle longer than anticipated. I've owned multiple car brands both ICE and EV, no service centers compare in treating you like a loyal customer both before, during and after the sale. Tesla is a new way to buy a car, pay for a car and service a car. I highly recommend it. Everything is done through a Tesla app with no hidden fees or surprises, from start to finish.

As others have stated I have received similarly terrible service at this location. Paid for a full front end wire harness replacement and instead got a car back with a whole bunch of splices made in the wires. They didn't even cover the exposed wiring. When I attempted to contact them they completely ignored all my calls and messages. Beyond frustrated with my experience. These are photos of the "repair"
