Tesla service

I received exceptional service from the staff at Tesla Mesa. Lamont the service technician was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Service Manager Andrew was also great, they originally predicted that there would be no loaner cars available due to increased service volume, but Andrew was able to get me one last minute. The service, an HV battery replacement, was completed ahead of schedule. Even more impressive, they brought the car to my house and exchanged it for the loaner, while I was out of town. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I purchased my first brand new Tesla ever. I traded in a car as well. This was probably the easiest fastest least amount of pressure way I have ever purchased a car.

I've had several service visits since purchasing my vehicle, and I can't say enough great things about the team at Tesla. A special thank you to Savannah, who consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire repair process. She listened to every concern, kept me informed with regular updates, and always made me feel like my vehicle would be returned in the condition a brand-new car should be. When unexpected issues came up, she immediately took ownership and made sure everything was handled properly. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care are second to none. She truly provides white glove service. I'd also like to recognize Zoeeb for his leadership and support whenever management involvement was needed, along with Ty and Drew, who were always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with everything from detailing tips to product recommendations that have helped keep my Model Y looking like new. Customer service today often feels transactional, but this team reminded me what exceptional customer care looks like. They didn't just repair my vehicle—they earned my trust and made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Savannah, Zoeeb, Ty, and Drew, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into an outstanding one. You are fantastic ambassadors for Tesla!

Estimated 2 days to complete my repair. Took 10 days. Had to provide my own alternative transportation during the extra days. Employee Lamont said if I sent him my receipts of gas for that extra time period he'd ask the Service Manager to reimburse me. Sent my receipts and got ghosted by Lamont and whoever the Service Manager is. No reimbursement. Also note that the app lets you know the progress of your repair. It *looks* like the repair itself took a few hours and that the other 9.5 days it was sitting in line. I love Tesla, I think this is specific to this location and these 2 people.

Sav is awesome in the service center. Super friendly, helpful and does the best to help the customer. Couldn't be nicer! Highly recommend this place!
