Tesla Service-New Orleans

Very concerning experience with Tesla New Orleans. My Cybertruck was towed here completely dead and locked, and neither I nor the tow company could access the inside. After picking it up, I found my purse completely emptied and several personal items missing. My card was later used without my permission minutes from the location a few days later. I was given different information about who had access to my vehicle, including being told in the exact words a ‘Black Male Manager that has no dreads’ had been the ONLY person in & out my truck. Amber also told me Tesla Security had reviewed the footage and didn’t see anyone remove anything, but I was later told the footage was never reviewed and is now no longer available because it reached the retention limit. I’m extremely disappointed & surprised with how this was handled.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the Tesla Service Center in New Orleans. I brought my Model 3 in for a steering assist issue that had been causing me a lot of concern, and from the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. Amber, the Service Manager, and Robert, the Senior Service Advisor, went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle and what the next steps would be. What stood out most was the level of communication and genuine care they showed throughout the process. They treated me like a person, not just another service appointment. Robert kept me updated, answered my questions, and made sure I never felt left in the dark. Amber leads a team that clearly takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Vehicle repairs can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with an issue that affects your confidence in the car. Thanks to Amber, Robert, and the entire New Orleans team, that stress was replaced with confidence and peace of mind. It’s rare these days to find a service department that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer care, but this team absolutely does. I’m grateful for their help and would not hesitate to return for future service needs. Thank you, Amber, Robert, and the entire Tesla New Orleans team for turning a frustrating situation into a great customer experience.
