Tesla Service Norwell

Not sure what happened to the woman who used to work there for such a long time but she’s gone and now they have these two other folk that are much newer and I can’t say I’m probably gonna go back here again unfortunately. So I asked for shock absorbers, and I was told when I got there that what they put into their system was brake rotors. So then instead, they tried to say well we noticed that you have loose rear knuckles so we can replace those. OK fine. So then I noticed that the original quote is $543 and then they say that the car had on the left side, one upper ball joint rear knuckle, but on the right side, there was a change to two upper ball joint rear knuckles. Mechanically that’s impossible because you want symmetry. So essentially, they are trying to swindle me. It would appear to me that they don’t have someone who is overseen this stuff. Unfortunately, my trust has eroded with them and so I probably will go somewhere a little bit closer to home.
