Got a flat driving through Boston at midnight and was able to get a mobile service technician to provide a universal tire within 8 hours. I got help from Peabody’s Tesla Branch, Mobile Service Technician Kenny. I got phenomenal service! Aside from being professional, this guy works fast and is efficient. Within minutes I was able to get my vehicle back on the road to drive for work. He was very knowledgeable in tesla products and recommended me tips for optimizing my model 3 experience for my specific use case. I highly recommend anyone to request for him for aid with their tesla!

Had my services done through mobile services, the gentlemen Kenny did an excellent job dealing with my issues. Thank God for you're service.

Of the many joys of owning a Tesla--besides getting called a Nazi by 22 year old Cambridge trust fund socialists--few, ironically, can beat the sense of proletarian comradery. What other car company will sell you an overpriced luxery car and then make you sit in a waiting room all day like you're back in college getting an oil change on your used Honda Civic? Audi will give you a loaner if you come in to get new wiper blades. Tesla will make you wait while they spend 8 hours to fix a defect. It is a wonderful experience that makes one realize our comman humanity, and I thank Tesla for this humbling expression of unity every time something breaks. So I couldn't have been happier when a stone broke the small useless skylight over the rear passenger window on my Model X, because it was an opportunity to take a day off of work and put $1400 (I kid you not) back into the local economy while reflecting on life in the monastic confines of a service department waiting room. Thank you, Tesla, this car may not always get me where I wanted to go, but it always takes me where I needed to be.

This facility is fine, but I passionately hate Tesla's application-based service process. It may be convenient for them, but it is abismyal for the customer.
