Blown tire and bent rim from pothole. Service center had me in and out in less than an hour. Amazing customer service. Tire prices matched other shops and rim was on hand for a quick turnaround.

Milton Toro, who provides the mobile service, always does a great job and is very professional. I would highly recommend the mobile service when available, hopefully you get him.

My wife took our Tesla in for a scheduled 12v battery change at 10:30am. The car was dropped off in the morning & my wife specifically asked if they had chargers available as she has a 1.5 hours drive home & would need the car charged a bit to make it. Tesla CONFIRMED they had chargers free & available to use so it was no problem at all. Fast forward to 12:30 & the service is finally complete on the car. My wife picked up the car at 12:50 & finds out the car was never plugged in before/during/after the maintenance process AND there are no available chargers to use so the car is at 40% battery and she will be unable to make it home (which was her primary concern she voiced prior to service). There are 0 Tesla superchargers currently available between her workplace & home so we are currently trying to figure out the best way to get her home without her car dying on the side of the road in freezing temperatures.
