Tesla Service Randolph

Excellent experience with the Tesla Service Center in Randolph, NJ. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I was able to drop my car off early. I really like that Tesla can move the vehicle without needing to leave a key card—it makes the process very convenient. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, kept me updated throughout the repair, and when the service ended up taking longer than originally expected, they proactively offered me a loaner. Jeny was fantastic to work with—friendly, professional, and very courteous. I was even able to get a Cybertruck as my loaner, which was a great opportunity to try it out. The only minor inconvenience is that the service department is only open until 5 PM, so I had to rearrange my schedule to pick up the loaner, but I knew that ahead of time. On the plus side, being able to return the loaner after hours and pick up my own vehicle at my convenience made the process much easier. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the staff. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! I just got a pre-owned 2024 Model 3 and scheduled it for service. They make it incredibly easy. Pull right into the service door and that’s it. All the info pulls up on their end right away. Super friendly and made the entire experience very reasonable. Transparency with pricing ahead of time was spot on. Glad to be close to this location and would never hesitate to stop here.

Excellent service experience. Fixed an electrical issue causing a headlight to go out at a reasonable cost. Many dealerships would have unnecessarily replaced components and driven up the bill. Not this one. Jeny communicated throughout the appointment about cost and completion time and sent pictures of the faulty component and location when requested. Highly recommend taking your car here if it needs service.

I had a fantastic experience here! My car was ready in under 24 hours, and they even provided a loaner vehicle. Cole and the mechanic were both incredible to work with. I really appreciate their honesty—they didn't try to upsell me or replace unnecessary parts like some other service centers do. They simply addressed the issue efficiently. It's great to find a business that genuinely does the right thing.

Amazing service experience! Tesla Service got my car back to me super quickly and even brought me in earlier than my original appointment time. The total turnaround was only one day to replace my battery, which completely exceeded my expectations. Jeny went above and beyond, she answered all of my questions promptly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was never left wondering about the status of my car. I'm beyond happy with this experience and highly recommend this location, especially Jeny!
