Tesla Service - San Antonio- Airport Blvd

Was driving to work this morning and a blown tire flew into my windshield pretty much caving in the whole passenger side. I made an appt on the app for tomorrow, but it was my 1st time servicing via the app so I went to the location to check. They were able to get me in at 10am, fixed my windshield, gave me a loaner for the day and then had it ready for pickup at 5. Honestly amazed at how efficient they were and how easy it was. Eric was great. Also, every other service member seemed to really understand their customer service asepct with the other customers.

They provided me really straight forward and honest conversation while discussing the repair of my vehicle. I felt well valued as a customer.

Excellent car delivery experience; we were in and out within 30 minutes. Our advisor, Mary, was super friendly and patient with us. Wow! This is how car buying should be - smooth and pleasant! Thanks Tesla Team!

David and Hannah were my service representatives and they were terrific, their communication was top notch. I’m very satisfied with my Model X service, the front half shafts needed to be replaced and it only took one day to have the service completed. Loaner vehicle was available as well. I thought this whole process would take at least a week but doing it in less than 24 hours is crazy to think. Thank you Tesla

I came in for a scheduled appointment for a slow leak in one of my tires along with a tire rotation, and the entire experience was excellent. The staff was very informative and took the time to explain exactly what they found with the tire, which I really appreciated. Service was quick, easy, and efficient from start to finish. Overall, a smooth and stress-free visit. Highly recommend this Tesla Service Center!
