I don't normally give repair shops 5 star reviews unless I really mean it. I was having an alert for "Low coolant" intermittently pop up on the service logs, so I scheduled an appointment to get it taken care of. The app estimated it would take a day and cost me several hundred for diagnosis. I get to my appointment early, and they were able to get me out in less than 20 minutes with no charge. I thought it was the sensor going bad, but it all that was needed was a quick top off. A bad service center would have taken my money for that diagnosis, spent hours, and then done the same thing. They were quick, efficient, kind, and honest about the solution. Shout out to Mason Ear at the desk, I appreciate you sir!

My letter to Tesla: Urgent: Failure After CCS Retrofit – Request for Escalation and Resolution Tesla Service Team, I’m writing because my recent CCS retrofit at the Seattle Service Center went catastrophically wrong, and the consequences were severe enough that I need this escalated and addressed. On the morning of June 11th, I had an onsite remote appointment where the mobile technician reviewed the situation and spoke with me before beginning any work. He explained that there could potentially be difficulties completing the CCS upgrade remotely and recommended that I bring the car into the service center instead, saying it would be “best” because he could complete the retrofit on-site and fully test the system to ensure everything worked. Based on that advice, I followed the tech in my car to the Seattle service center. My car was charging perfectly until that point. Instead, after driving over 80 miles away from home my vehicle became completely unable to charge at any station. I tried three different Superchargers, a Skycharger with both NACS and CCS, and two additional public chargers. Nothing worked. My car was effectively stranded in Centralia, 87 miles from home, while I was en route to California for my father’s chemotherapy appointment. The technician specifically told me the benefit of doing the retrofit in person at the service center was so the system could be tested and confirmed working. That clearly did not happen. I should not have had to discover the failure on the road. Because of this error, I was preparing to pay for a flatbed tow all the way back to Seattle and lose an entire day waiting for the service center to reopen on Monday. I would have missed my father’s appointment and incurred hundreds of dollars in towing, rideshare costs and having to fly last minute. A friend and I eventually managed to revive the car by performing a full OTA software reinstall through Service Mode. Even then, the vehicle only charged in a degraded, half‑speed state until further resets got the systems communicating properly again. I lost more than five hours troubleshooting, driving between chargers, and trying to recover from a failure that should never have occurred. Because of this, I arrived a full day late, had to take Monday off work, and my employer was understandably unhappy. This was my first experience with a Tesla Service Center, and I was told to expect excellence. Instead, I received service that left me stranded, stressed, and questioning the reliability of the brand. I want to be very clear: this was NOT a minor inconvenience. This was a preventable failure that cost me time, money, and confidence. I hope the technician involved receives retraining, because their oversight had real consequences for a customer who depended on their expertise. I expect a follow‑up from management and a meaningful resolution.

We recently purchased our first car, a Model Y Juniper 2026 model from Tesla and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. A big thank-you to Raphael, who guided us through the entire buying process. From day one, he helped us choose the right model and configuration without any pressure, making everything feel smooth and enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond by arranging a loaner vehicle for us, which gave us a real sense of what owning an EV is like day-to-day. The test drives he organized were incredibly informative and helped us better understand the capabilities of Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) system. Thanks to his knowledge and support, we felt confident and excited about our decision. We also want to recognize Ricky for making the delivery experience just as exceptional. He ensured everything went seamlessly and took the time to walk us through all the paperwork in a clear and patient way. Since this was our first time, that extra guidance made a big difference. He also helped us get comfortable during our very first drive and added a thoughtful celebratory touch by adding red bow that made the moment feel truly special. Both Raphael and Ricky made what could have been an overwhelming process into an exciting and memorable journey. Highly recommend—this was a five-star experience all around!

I had a great experience at this service center. My model 3 windshield got a crack possibly by defrosting. They examined the crack and confirmed it was not due to any impact and replaced the windshield free of cost (covered by warranty)in less than 2 hours. Very positive experience.

Had my Tesla for 2 years now. Service rep Milo Kabigting has played a significant role in making my service appointments for curb rash and other minor tweaks seamless. His service with getting me in & out has been top notch and so far Tesla Seattle hasn’t given me any problems with visits.
