Do not come with preconceived thoughts of them ever “going the extra mile” 😂 As a service center, on paper, you guys did everything you were supposed to do - I suppose credit can be given where credit is due. You fixed my pano roof, windshield, air filter, AC, and rotated/aired my tries. Bravo! 👏 The process, however, felt like a cut rate, third party, drunken uncle’s junk shop. You need my car for like 5 days, no sweat. But for whatever reason, despite the over abundant parking lot of Teslas, you guys are incapable of offering a loaner. Suuuuuuure, take my car for 5 days - I can just Uber the entire workweek 👍🏻 Communication with the dealership is janky because Tesla requires you to use their app for any and all communication. The app states you CAN walk in and speak with a rep, but just expect to walk into a giant waiting room with like 10 people (likely customers) waiting on their phone with not a single representative in sight. Tesla offers a $16/mo. plan for “hassle free” yearly windshield replacements due to damage. Before I picked up my car today I tried to sign up. App says contact the service center to have them inspect it while it is still at the Service Center (and lucky me, they JUST changed the windshield! Inspection should pass with flying colors! 🥰) Service center tells me “You can set it up after you pick up your car.” Okay, I pick up my car and go to sign up and surprise surprise - “Please schedule your complimentary inspection” 😂 My brothers in Christ - you JUST had my car and you JUST replaced my windshield - why was it so hard for you to do the complimentary inspection then like I asked? If you had told me “We need it another day cuz we clock out at 5” I would have been like “A’ight, bet” - Nope. Too inconvenient for you guys? Yikes 😬 Guys, I pay Lexus $40,000 for a luxury Sedan, I get treated like a King, get to speak to some one with social skills, free starbucks drinks at the service center, FREE LOANERS, and complimentary cabin filter changes/AC tune ups for 2 years. I pay Tesla $40,000 to never speak to a human, message ambiguous reps over some janky app (how revolutionary! 😒), and get told to make another appointment to inspect my windshield for damage. While it’s sitting at your shop. With a new windshield. That YALL JUST REPLACED 😂😂😂 Come ON, my dudes. I get more passion from a McDonalds drive through in South Phoenix… Tesla - I love your cars! Your Tempe Service Center, however, is a joke run by NPCs. Seek Help 😬 I’ll try out any other service center from hereon out. If those go the same way, I might not consider Tesla for any future car purchase - It was just THAT bad! Do better, y’all 😣

Fix my AC, cleaned radiator and added a new cover to bottom of my car for $600. Dome in one day. Very impressed as they took repair seriously and didn’t gouge me on the cost.

Poor communication and professionalism throughout the entire process of getting my 12v battery fixed. They sent the wrong techs twice to my place and after getting my car towed to the service center they said it would be done that day and it didn’t get finished until the following day. When I went to pick up my car I noticed while I was driving that my windshield was cracked and I called multiple times and was finally able to get through their terrible customer service phone lines and reported that they cracked my windshield. They said they wouldn’t be able to cover it because I drove off the lot without reporting it but they didn’t take any before maintenance pictures like they were supposed to and you can tell the crack was man made. Avoid this service center at all cost!

Idk if I’m misunderstanding what a service center is for at a car dealership, but I’ve never had a problem getting a part from ford, Chevy, Toyota, etc. I called the service center and got in contact with someone at 1:42pm on July 10th. I don’t remember her name I didn’t think to ask, but I know all calls are recorded so check if you don’t believe me. Anyways I got in contact with someone from the service center, I have a simple problem I need a front tie rod end for my 2012 Tesla. To which I asked “hello just looking for a part for my 2012 Tesla model S, I just need a front tie rod end and I was hoping you had one in stock so I could pick it up!” I was told “oh sorry we don’t do that.”😂 I thought I called the wrong place or something so I asked “this is the service department for Tesla right?” Her - “yup it sure is but we don’t check parts availablity actually you have to go online for that!” Me “oh ok so I already found it online but I need to know if it’s available so I can pick it up. I could order it online but I’m hoping to drive the car after it’s fixed today or tmrw!” Her - “yeaaaahhhh no we just don’t do that you’d have to come IN PERSON to do that.”…. Like idk if I’m missing something but this blonde wants me to drive an hour over to the service center so I can simple ask her EXACTLY WHAT IM ASKING OVER THE PHONE. So I took a deep breath and tried not to yell. “Oh sorry that just isn’t going to work for me as I live an hour away and I can’t drive all the way there just to hope you have a part that sounds silly…” so she SAYS! “Oh yeah that’s what our website is for parts catalog you can check on there and it’ll let you know about the part.” I know for a FACT your service department can check the availability of a part for a customer over the phone, as I called your neighboring Tesla store and they not only LOOKED FOR THE PART FOR ME, but EVEN CHECKED THE SURROUNDING STORES TOO AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHERE TO GO TO GET ONE IN STOCK! If I could leave 0 stars I would, when I get another Tesla I’m making it a point to not go to you guys. Oh and I almost forgot before I hung up I even asked to speak with a manager because I was not ok with where we had gotten. Guess what she says😂 as if being too incompetent to do a simple task wasn’t bad enough she just goes “yeah no sorry there’s no manager’s available, yeah I have someone who’s been waiting like 20mins already for one.” LIKE NO DUH SOMEONE ELSE WANTS A MANAGER TOO AFTER WHAT I JUST WENT THROUGH. This is not the end I am filing a complaint, and I’m totally emailing hire ups about this. They can listen to the whole conversation as they’re all recorded. Thanks for ruining my day a little more after crabwalking my car home cause the part broke😂

Great experience there today with service advisor Mike. He got the diagnostics started before they even had the car into the service bay. Checked in with me regularly. It felt like he really owned my satisfaction (vs. just did what they had to do). I will definitely return. —5 year Tesla owner.
