A Shade Above Window Tinting-Paint Protection Film

Tinted my windows after years of driving my truck in Utah but better late than never. Looking for a quality shop was a simple task as there is only one shop everyone consistently recommends, A Shade Above. I requested a quote for my custom job online. While the form wasn't the most detailed a staff member contacted me within 24 hours to go over the details of my custom installation. The exchange was professional and the price was on par with my independent estimate. I arranged an appointment within week (my schedule the only reason to delay). When I arrived at the shop there wasn't a minute wait. They immediately got me back and went over my 2-hour job. I was surprised they inspected the truck and actually paused to ensure I had filled a few rock chips on my windshield before they applied the film! The shop is clean and we'll organized. It's clear these guys run and smooth operation. I opted to wait for work to complete. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi and refreshments are available. There is also a nice show room to preview products, evaluate performance, and tour their show builds. A Shade Above has won my business. I'm impressed with my experience and plan to return to get some ppf work done on my front end after installing my new bumper!

The work was done quickly and with care. I had concerns about my truck's BCM getting wet with a windshield install, but the workers were well aware and the install was done perfectly with no issues. Pricing was excellent as well. Highly recommend and I would definitely get my windows tinted here again.

A Shade Above showed me exceptional and honest customer service yesterday. I brought my car in with a unique request to add protective film over my door panels, which already have thick vinyl decals of compasses, trees, and mountains. Shortly after drop-off, they realized the vinyl was thicker than expected and reached out right away with concerns about how the process would turn out. They ultimately recommended not moving forward with the film in order to protect the integrity of the decals. They even complimented the quality of the vinyl, which I really appreciated. It takes real integrity to pause a job and be honest instead of just doing what was asked, and that didn’t go unnoticed. On top of that, they removed some old stickers from my back window at no charge. It’ll be a few years before I get a new vehicle, but I’ll absolutely be coming back here for tinting and protective film. They also did an excellent job on both for my husband’s new truck! Thank you again to the whole team who helped us out.

I have to drop a review… because I’ve used this place like 6 times now and I’ve recommended like 4 friends over the years… this business is rock solid. It feels as though I have an identical conversation every time I’m here. That’s a GOOD thing front and automotive tint place. You don’t want to be hearing different things, and having a different experience over the years. These guys are so consistent, mostly in the following… Never had 1 single issue with the tint job, just perfect work, Always a quick hour OR LESS with an appt (and sometimes walk-in), Price has stayed the EXACT SAME over YEARS, I even see the same people here year over year, I’ve had the unique experience of investigating this business thoroughly so you don’t have to because of my car buying habits, and I love them. Every one of my friends I recommend tells me the exact same thing. They even worked with me on a group deal when I had 3 cars done at once. A people first business.
