Beyond Kompare | Ceramic Pro Centerville

This was actually my second time bringing my Porsche here. My first experience went well, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I paid $112 for a headlight restoration, and when I got my Porsche back, the plastic headlight lens had been damaged. When I brought it to their attention, they claimed the damage couldn’t have happened there because there were scratches around the damaged area. I wiped those “scratches” away right in front of them, and it turned out they were just polishing compound residue that had been left on my hood and around the headlight. I also showed them photos of my Porsche that were taken less than a week before the service, but they dismissed them and said they didn’t care because they weren’t the ones who took the photos. The owner also stated that he knew it couldn’t have been one of his employees because he had personally trained them, rather than investigating what happened or considering that a mistake could have been made. It’s disappointing because my first experience here was good, but the way this situation was handled completely changed my opinion. Instead of taking my concerns seriously or trying to make things right, they were dismissive and rude. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this shop.

The team at Beyond Kompare does great work. Professional from beginning to end. Great prices, great service. Great results. The tint, exterior detail, rock chip and headlight restoration were all performed by them, on a 2015 Honda Civic EX. Results show the craftsmanship.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service from Beyond Kompare! I took my 2010 F-350 to Beyond Kompare for their Fluid Film undercoating, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. These guys are on a completely different level when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their work. From the moment I arrived, the team treated my truck like it was their own. They walked me through the process, explained what they were going to do, and made sure I understood exactly how Fluid Film would protect my truck for years to come. You can tell they genuinely care about quality—not just getting the job done, but getting it done right. The results speak for themselves. The undercarriage looks incredible, every nook and cranny is coated perfectly, and the truck feels ready to take on another decade of Ohio winters. No overspray, no mess, no shortcuts—just clean, thorough, top-tier work. Beyond Kompare has absolutely earned my trust and future business. If you want real protection, real craftsmanship, and real customer service, this is the place to go. My F-350 has never been in better hands. Highly, highly recommended!
