Black Bear Protective Films - Window Tinting - PPF - Ceramic Coating

I recently had full front Autobahn Incognito PPF and premium ceramic window tinting (all glass areas) installed on my brand-new 2026 Genesis GV80 by Black Bear Protective Films, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of work is exceptional. The PPF installation is flawless — perfectly aligned, zero bubbles, and the self-healing properties are already impressive. The tint looks factory-perfect with excellent heat rejection and no distortion. Every detail was handled with precision and care. Pricing was very competitive — actually one of the best I found after shopping around. They provided clear value without ever feeling pushy. Communication and customer service were top-tier. Bryan and and Michael were responsive from the very first inquiry, explained everything thoroughly, and gave expert recommendations tailored to how I actually use and store my vehicles. There was zero pressure sales — they listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. They worked efficiently but never rushed the job. The work was completed professionally, on schedule, and the car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. They even took the time to make sure the battery was properly managed after the doors were open during tinting. Black Bear has set the bar extremely high. Their attention to detail, product knowledge, honest advice, and genuine care for the customer make them the clear #1 choice for PPF, ceramic coatings, and window tinting in the Charlotte / York / Fort Mill area. I cannot strongly recommend them enough and will definitely use them again. If you want peace of mind and outstanding results, go with Black Bear. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow wow wow!! Brian and Michael are truly masters of their craft. Just purchased a Honda Pilot as a demo model and was looking to get tint, ppf and detail work done. They made my black pilot the best it’s ever gonna look. Black paint shows all imperfections and hairline scratches but these guys made it look better than new from dealership. Look to these guys for any tint, ppf or detail work on your car. Thanks again guys!

I would give more starts for a rating if allowed. I left a message after hours online expecting a call the next day. I got a text right away letting me know they were done for the day but called me the next day and got me in same day. Bryan and his crew are awesome. If you need anything tinted, please call Bryan and save yourself some time!

Absolutely revived my all black mustang it had so many scratches they paint corrected it and ppf and tint all for the best price I could find. They also went above and beyond and detailed the exterior and interior of the car it smooth as butter now. Definitely will be bring every car I buy here right away from now on.

I was looking to tint the windows of my new Pathfinder. I asked for a quote online and received a call within minutes to provide me with the total cost for the service I wanted. They were able to schedule me for the same day. The Pathfinder looks amazing, and the service was incredibly fast.
