Black Optix Tint North Richmond - Car Audio, Rims, Tires, Remote start, Ceramic Coating

Killed it. I was supposed to come in Wed at 830 a.m. and the Sunday day( when they were closed) texted them to see if I could come in Monday morning. Almost immediately texted back confirming Monday same time. I showed up and they knocked it out in like 30 to 45 mins easily. Guys were legit, nice, and fast. 10000% recommend🤙🏽

I couldn’t recommend Black Optix Tint in North Richmond more highly. I stopped in with an appointment bright and early at 8:30 and the whole process was smooth and efficient — I was in and out in about an hour. From the moment I arrived, Mohamad was incredibly transparent about the different tint options, what each one would look like, and exactly what to expect. He took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and was polite and professional the entire time. What really stood out was the pricing. Their rates are noticeably lower than most other tint shops in the area, yet the quality of the work is excellent. The install looks clean and even, and I’m really happy with how the tint turned out on my vehicle. It has a nice dark finish without being overly reflective, and it already feels like a solid upgrade, I was also given a free air freshener. On top of that, they stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. If I ever run into any issues down the road, I know exactly where I’m heading back. Overall, great experience from start to finish — professional service, fair prices, and quality results. Highly recommend Black Optix Tint if you’re looking for window tinting in North Richmond.

They do absolutely AMAZING work here, the customer service was impeccable and specifically Ishmael was incredible and very informative and transparent, he showed me all the options before they did my tints and he was very patient with me. My tints look FANTASTIC!! If you’re looking for great work and great customer service please give them a call or just stop by.

I not the one to write reviews but the service here was a 0 out of 10. First off the service was HORRIBLE!!! They didn’t clean the windows before installing the tint. I saw dust between the tint and the glass. On top of that they did not properly cut the tint and air bubbles everywhere as you in the pictures I posted.I told the manager there and he waved me off saying it was normal. He was extremely rude about it and seemed not to care about the quality of his work or his customers. Also I just bought this car brand new and left it a mess. Water and chemical stains on the car. This wasn’t my first time getting my tint done so I know it’s not normal. If you want to get your tint done right i HIGHLY recommend getting it done in the Powhatan location because they had to redo everything. Powhatan location was more professional and cares about the quality of their work.

About a year ago, I took one of my vehicles to a different Black Optix Tint location and had such a great experience that when it was time to get my truck done, I decided to try the Brook Road location in Richmond. I’m so glad I did — the team here was just as professional, friendly, and attentive as before. They got everything done in under two hours, and the tint looks absolutely perfect. On top of that, they offer a wide variety of other services, which makes this a convenient one-stop shop for your car needs. Huge shout out to Moe for his amazing customer service, attention to detail, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Black Optix Tint to anyone looking for high-quality work, fast service, and a team that really cares about your vehicle!
