Just had my Sierra 1500 wrapped and she’s never looked better. Top teir customer service from Hector and his team, especially when they stayed late to make sure my project was finished to perfection. I look forward to continue working with them!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL DO A TERRIBLE JOB AND RUIN YOUR CAR WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I brought in my recently purchased BMW 7 series and they broke my rear power shade, used an excessive amount of water ruining the leather on my front doors. Along with that they didn’t even do a good job with the tint leaving bubbles everywhere that did not go away. Hector will dodge you and act like he’s going to fix the problem and will constantly tell you that their “guys” are going to fix the problem. In the end they’ll just give you the run around and won’t actually do anything to fix the issues. I wish I had never went here for tint in the first place and would advise anyone I meet to never do business with them.

Have to say I’m very disappointed about the quality of work and attention to detail. Can’t speak on PPF itself since it has only been on for a few weeks but the workmanship was terrible. They put my bed rails back on without replacing the push pins so one flew off on the highway when I drove it. I will say they replaced both. I went back for corrections after the two week period but besides some minor bubbles nothing was really fixed or improved. The PPF is still cracked at the mirror cap edges. Once it was done I checked to ensure nothing was loose and discovered I was missing part of my heat shield for the inner hood intake. One of the guys found it and put it back but it’s missing some push pins. The other plastic vents and pieces that were removed were also put back unevenly. One of the hood vents sticks out at the corner because it was not properly reinstalled. These issues may be minor but when you pay 2800 you expect better. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

It’s NOT blackout. The tint is extremely mild, as compared with a TRUE blackout- it’s highly visible even at their darkest level. I see into my car perfectly at specific angles and lighting and this is more often than not. The job was supposed to be 3 hours- it took 6 hours. The precision is poor as seen in photos. Waste of time and $500 dollars. In response to business owner: Yes. This is the exact location. I was very patient with the staff and excited but later realized it was not what I had hoped in terms of privacy and that the precision should have reflected the cost.

Don’t fall for the Facebook ads like I did! They have to heavily advertise on Facebook instead of getting business through referrals from happy customers. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Blackout Arizona so others can make an informed decision. I brought my recently purchased Tesla in for tint and PPF and was told it would be ready the next morning at 8:00 AM. While I was on my way to pick it up, I received a call just before 8:00 saying it wasn’t finished. Unfortunately, that caused me to reschedule a client appointment since I didn’t have my car as expected. When I picked the vehicle up later that day, I noticed several issues with the tint, including creases, bubbles, and areas where it appeared to be cut short. The interior of the car was also left dirty, which was disappointing. I have photos documenting these issues—please see the attached images. What was initially quoted as a one-day job turned into five days, with multiple delays and changing completion times. When I picked the car up again, I still noticed problems with the roof tint, including visible gaps. At that point, I was told it would need to be redone again, but communication since then has been inconsistent. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially given the cost of over $2,000. I took it back a third time and it’s still not right. This place is an absolute joke. If you have a Tesla they will charge you to tint the roof glass and then when they can’t do it they will just say it’s too big to tint and they can’t do the job but keep your money. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. I’m cutting my loses and paying another shop to do it right. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
