Blacksmith Detailing And Ceramic Coating

I ordered the service as a birthday gift to my husband. Oscar seemed to care about the results of the work he does. However, he was two hours late in arriving. Luckily, we were not going anywhere or needing the vehicle. Overall, his work was good and we’re happy with the results.

I was really impressed by the professionalism at Blacksmith Detailing and Ceramic Coating. The team arrived on time, walked me through the process and took great care with both the interior cleaning and the ceramic coating. Their attention to detail made the whole experience feel like premium, professional vehicle detailing. If you’re looking for reliable auto detailing services, I’d definitely recommend them.

I was impressed with the professionalism of Blacksmith Detailing and Ceramic Coating. Oscar arrived on time, was very polite, and delivered outstanding quality. My car looked spotless inside and out and the attention to detail was excellent. I highly recommend them for reliable auto detailing services. I was shocked at how new my 8 year old car looked when he finished.

Got a full detail on my SUV. Oscar (the detailer) showed up on time. When he finished at 7:40pm I looked it over and it seemed good, but after looking at it the next day in the middle of the day with better daylight, I noticed that he missed a lot (I have photos). I emailed the office late Friday afternoon asking for a credit or something, but got zero response as of Tuesday. Also noticed that the detailer spray painted my rims. I asked him not to do it but he did it anyway. Now my rims are ruined. I was able to remove the dirt and lite stains in the carpet with a can of carpet cleaner from AutoZone. Not sure what this detailer uses, but that can did a better job than a detailer. $460 down the drain. UPDATE: they contacted me after I made a 1 star review. They offered me $100 credit if I changed my review . I don’t take bribes. $100 was an insult when I now have spray painted rims.

Daquan did an amazing photo on the Camaro. It had the worst over spray I’ve ever seen beyond anything I’d want to tackle. He had the knowledge of how to remove to paint safely and crushed thru the job that would have taken others days. I look forward to doing more projects with him.
