Matt and team did a phenomenal job on my 2023 QX80! The previous owner did not take care of the car the same way I would have and it had a lot of paint issues. After talking to Matt, I knew he would be able to be able to bring out the best in the paint and have the vehicle looking amazing - and he delivered! Matt communicated throughout the process. The fact he offers a loaner vehicle, that is not a typical loaner vehicle but makes you feel valued, is what puts his business over the top! The shop, and the cleanliness, the guys working, and ability to see the work being done and how much care goes into it, is not something I found anywhere else. He builds trust in his clients. Went with the Gold Ceramic Coating & Ceramic Window Tinting. Matt and the BrightShine teams did an Amazing Job! What stood out was their great responsiveness and customer service. We reviewed the job together in advance, during he was in touch to share how it was going, and the pickup was seamless. I also like that they do a follow up a few weeks following the job to detail the car again and look for any imperfections once the coating is fully cured. Truly top notch! Highly recommend!

I bought a 2025 Kia Sportage hybrid with matte paint. I knew it needed extra care so I reached out to Brightshine Auto Spa Ceramic Pro’s before the purchase. They gave me some guidance and words of wisdom, and I bought the car. I stopped in to Brightshine understand my options to protect my car. For a couple of weeks I was in touch with Matt and Mitchell via text and phone. Both were so helpful and informative. I made an appointment for a ceramic coating. They gave me a Tesla loaner while my car was completed. My car looks SO AMAZING! I’m relieved it will be easier for me to care for. Top notch customer service. I had my car completely protected with the “new vehicle unlimited package “, added the door sills and piano black pillars, as well as the ceramic IR window tint . This was my dream car and I plan on keeping for a long time, so I want it to look just as good years from now. I also do a lot of highway driving to work and needed protection from pebbles and debris. The car looks amazing. I wanted to make cleaning my car as easy and effortless as possible.
