Carlos PPF’ed our 2025 Escalade last year and it’s the reason I came back to him for a full PPF and ceramic coating on my 2026 Z06! The dealership did not install the decals correctly and Carlo took care of that as well with a new set. Carlo took his time but at the end it was done one day ahead of schedule! Dropped it off on Saturday and picked it up the following Friday afternoon. Now my Vette is perfect and fully protected!!!

I would not recommend C&J Paint Protection Film to anyone. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. I brought my brand-new car to this shop for paint protection film installation. Before dropping it off, I thoroughly inspected the vehicle. There were no scratches, rock chips, or paint damage of any kind. It’s a brand-new car. When I picked it up, the owner casually mentioned there were "a few paint chips" that I should know about. My heart immediately sank because I knew there was nothing wrong with my car when I brought it in. Under the lights, I noticed scratches that absolutely were not there before one on one side of the vehicle and another nearly identical scratch on the opposite side. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to make things right, I was told the damage had already been there and that I must have brought the car in that condition. I was also told that the dealership where I purchased the vehicle may have caused the damage and that I should take it up with them. None of that was true. I know my own vehicle, and I know the condition it was in when I dropped it off. What made the experience even worse was how disrespectful and dismissive they were when I raised my concerns. Rather than standing behind their work or treating a customer fairly, they denied responsibility and dismissed everything I said. If you care about your vehicle, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with my car again. If you do decide to go with them , make sure to thoroughly inspect your vehicle and take photos or a video before dropping it off so you have documentation of its condition beforehand.

I truly believe I am fortunate to have found Carlos, owner of C&J Protection Film LLC and his team of competent and professional workers as I wanted to protect my new 2024 Mercedes Sprinter, a certified Class B RV, from the elements of travel and off-road environments. Carlos applied Xpel PPF to the front hood, painted fenders, headlights, fog lights, roof line, and lower panels from front to rear. Ceramic coating was then applied to all of the painted surfaces. Carlos is the best in class in terms of communication, professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, honesty, fair pricing and customer satisfaction.
