Carolina's Finest Detailing, Ceramic Coatings, and Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Carolina's Finest Detailing did a great job of revitalizing the look of my black BMW. Customer service is on point. The owner is friendly, responsive, and detailed. He spent considerable time discussing things I can do to keep my car looking good on my own, suggesting products and providing discount codes. He was also honest, saying I did not need to pay them to do the interior b/c it was in good shape. One look at the cars in his shop tells you what you need to know. Regular daily drivers like SUVs? Yes. High end exotics and classics owned by serious car collectors and enthusiasts? Also yes. Highly recommend.

Took my brand-new Tesla Model Y Frost Metallic Blue for paint protection, Ceramic coating and Ceramic tinting. 5 stars all around. Communications, fair and clear pricing, and detailed work. This is not just a detailing business; it is a customer-oriented business. New customer for life!

I would have absolutely no hesitation trusting Johnathon to ceramic coat another vehicle. He was professional, transparent, and took the time to answer every question I had throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what to expect. If you’re considering a ceramic coating, do your research first. Not all ceramic coatings or installers deliver the same results. After doing my homework, I’m confident you won’t get the same level of quality, attention to detail, and finished product that you’ll receive from Carolina’s Finest Detailing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect and enhance their vehicle.

I recently had Jonathon work on my new 4Runner that I wanted to treat to paint correction and ceramic coating. He worked on my last vehicle, and I was still getting compliments on the paint years and years down the line. He is knowledgeable and fair. He's great with communication, which is a rarity these days.

Carolina's Finest Detailing is a rare find, just a little off the beaten path from Charlotte. Johnathon is a delight to work with, from being helpful in explaining his products and process, seeing some of his work in process, and sharing his love of cars. Oh, and bonus points for great communication, as well as options - call, text, or email. It's definitely with the little drive to have your car get pampered. I used Uber to travel back home for a very reasonable fare with no issues. We ended up with a hood ppf and complete ceramic coat - and completely happy with the results.
