Castro Oasis | Ceramic Pro Elite West Haven

Castro Oasis is the premier option for auto detailing in Connecticut. Luis did an incredible job on my car. He got scratches out and fixed curbed rims that I honestly thought were permanent damage. On top of that, the detailing left the car looking better than when I first bought it. You can tell the whole team takes real pride in their work. Highly recommend if you want your car treated right. I'll definitely be back!

I couldn't be happier with the work Castro Oasis Detailing Shop did on my 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. The results are absolutely flawless. They performed a full paint correction before installing Ceramic Pro Paint Protection Film (PPF) on the entire front end, including the hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, partial A-pillars, mirrors, rocker panels, and additional protection in front of the rear wheels. The attention to detail was outstanding. They wrapped the film around as many edges as possible, giving the installation a seamless, factory-like appearance with very few visible edges. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained the installation process in detail, and took the time to thoroughly review how to properly maintain the PPF after delivery. When I arrived to pick up the car, they had it displayed on their 360-degree turntable, giving me plenty of time to walk around it, inspect every detail, and take photos before leaving. That extra touch really showed how much pride they take in their work and the customer experience. From start to finish, this was the best detailing and PPF experience I've ever had. If you're looking for exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Castro Oasis Detailing Shop. They exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with another vehicle.

Absolutely the best car care experience in CT! "If you actually care about your car's finish, stop taking it to automated drive-throughs and bring it to Castro Oasis. Their 100% hand wash process is top-tier—no harsh brushes, no swirl marks, just meticulous attention to detail. I got the Full Wash Package, and the exterior shine is incredible, while the interior wipe-down left the cabin looking and smelling brand new. The facility itself is massive, clean, and state-of-the-art. Luis and the entire crew are true professionals who treat every vehicle like an exotic supercar. Plus, waiting in their upscale lobby makes the whole experience incredibly smooth and comfortable. They are not the cheapest place around, but you absolutely get what you pay for—premium, flawless quality. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!"

I had a really great experience with this shop after my car accident. From the beginning, the team was extremely professional, patient & communicative throughout the whole process. Even with the setbacks & delays that came from the insurance company, they remained helpful, respectful, & always kept me informed. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with & you can tell they truly care about their customers & the quality of their work. My car looks amazing now & I’m really grateful for their dedication & professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable & honest auto body work!

Once again Luis and the team at castro oasis have gone above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. I came to them a year ago for ppf and tints for my wife's palisade and returned for tints, ppf, and addition of carbon fiber valence, side skirts, and rear quarter panels on my new bmw m340i. As you can see the end result is absolutely gorgeous and their attention to detail shows in every aspect of their work. Can't recommend castro oasis enough.
