Great experience and tint job. I left messages with a few places around my area so I could get more information about the different types of tint and an estimate, and this was the only place to call me back and take the time over the phone to answer any questions I had and explain the different tints. Excellent quality work and very pleased with the final result. They did the front two windows and a windshield strip at the top. Took 1.5hrs tops.

I took my 718 Spyder in for their 7 year ceramic coating and had a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, efficient booking, and very professional application. Car cleans very easily now, highly recommended!

UPDATE: After our review, the owner contacted us directly, quickly and professionally. While I remain disappointed with the outcome of our specific detailing appointment, I want to acknowledge that he took the concerns seriously, provided guidance on remedying the instrument lens, and I don't think our experience is indicative of the usual work or service provided to customers. He also offered additional assistance to help us meet our DOD Vehicle Processing Center timeline. I was originally referred to Atomic Auto Salon because of the exceptional work others had seen from the company, and I personally saw evidence of that quality in the portions of the vehicle that were completed. Based on my conversations with the owner, I believe our experience was not representative of the standard they strive to deliver. In hindsight, families preparing larger vehicles for PCS moves or DOD VPC inspections should consider discussing timelines with a grace window based on the vehicle condition, and inspection-specific requirements in detail before the appointment. I am leaving my original review in place because it accurately reflects my experience, but I also believe it is fair to recognize the normal quality of work and the owner’s prompt and professional response, and willingness to work toward a resolution. I chose Atomic Auto Salon because we were preparing our family vehicle for shipment to Germany through the Department of Defense Vehicle Processing Center (VPC). During our first conversation, I clearly explained that we were a military family on a tight PCS timeline, and I was assured they understood the requirements and would take care of us. I paid nearly $500 for a detailing package. Before booking, they requested photos of the vehicle, which I provided the same day the contract was signed. Ten days later, they left a single voicemail stating that the vehicle would require an upgraded package at additional cost. Unfortunately, that message was missed. However, no additional follow-up occurred before the appointment, despite having nearly two weeks to discuss options. The morning of the appointment, I was informed they could not complete the work to the standard we had discussed and would need the vehicle until the following Tuesday. That was impossible because our VPC appointment was already scheduled for Monday, a timeline they knew when they accepted the job. What was most disappointing was the quality of the work completed. We specifically asked them to focus on the seats, carpets, and areas that would matter for VPC inspection. The upper portions of the seats were cleaned, but very little work was done under the second-row seats, and virtually nothing was done beneath the third-row seating area. The interior was not thoroughly vacuumed, the spare tire compartment was untouched, and the engine compartment received no cleaning at all. To make matters worse, the vehicle was returned with damage and missing property. A second-row seat lever is now broken, there is a chemical mark permanently etched into the odometer lens, my phone charger disappeared, and a cleaning tool was left behind in the vehicle. The technician who worked on the van appeared to be doing his best, and I do not place the blame solely on him. The larger issue seems to be a business model that prioritizes time allocation rather than delivering a defined result. If that is the case, it should be communicated clearly. Customers should know they are purchasing a set number of labor hours rather than a completed outcome. After spending nearly $500, we spent most of the following day cleaning the vehicle ourselves and cancelling family plans so we could finish preparing it for shipment. We had to vacuum areas that were missed, clean compartments that were untouched, and complete work we believed we had already paid to have done. For a company that markets itself as a premium detailing service, I expected significantly better communication, quality control, and accountability. Unfortunately, the final result fell well short of what was promised.

I recently took the leap and bought a used Porsche. Great mechanically, but its jet black paint was dull and marred by swirls. Ceramic Pro corrected the swirls and applied a ceramic coating. The paint now looks like it came straight from the showroom floor, and people assume it’s a new car! I should also add that everyone I met there was pleasant and accommodating, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. A great experience and highly recommended.

This was my first experience with Ceramic Pros, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was highly professional, courteous, and precise with their pricing—there were no surprises, and everything was clearly communicated upfront. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I requested, which included a thorough hand wash and undercarriage cleaning as I prepare to list my SUV for sale. The attention to detail and quality of work were evident throughout the entire process. Based on this experience, I fully intend to return for additional services, including IR tinting for a new GLS SUV and a ceramic coating for my X5. I look forward to working with the team again and would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality automotive detailing services.
