I had an incredible experience with Ceramic Pro Arlington Elite and I can confidently say this is the place to trust with your vehicle. From the very first phone call, Josh (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options and felt comfortable with the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, upfront, and genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions for my car—not just upselling services. I brought in my 2025 GLC 43 AMG, and they absolutely took care of it from start to finish. I ended up getting a full front PPF, IR tint on all sides, and ceramic coating both inside and out—and the results are flawless. The attention to detail is on another level. You can tell Josh and his team take real pride in their work and treat every car like it’s their own. What stood out the most was how thorough and customer-focused they were. Josh made sure everything was done correctly, kept me informed throughout the process, and went out of his way to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Josh and team killed it! Good customer service is so hard to find these days and the combination of good quality work and service made this experience the best. I just bought my wife the nicest car she’s owned and it was a priority of ours to protect the paint as best as we can. So glad we came to Josh. His communication was awesome, customer service was amazing and I can tell the business meant a lot to him. Work speaks for itself!
