Ceramic Pro Chicago | Elite Dealer

Alex and his team brought both of our vehicles to better than new. Highly recommend his services. He uses top quality products and it shows !!

Ceramic Pros did an outstanding job on my new Tesla. Owner Alex worked me into their very tight schedule on short notice and personally guided the entire process from start to finish. The PPF film and ceramic coating were applied flawlessly, and they even pointed out and corrected a few imperfections on the paint. The whole experience was easy, transparent, and extremely professional. Their work is beyond outstanding. Highly recommend!

I first met Alex two years ago when he helped protect my brand new BMW M2 with PPF on the high wear areas, ceramic coating, and window tint. To this day, my car still looks pristine. Owning a black car can be a challenge, but Alex completely changed that experience for me. His maintenance and washing advice took it from a headache to an absolute pleasure. Two years and 25,000 miles later, there is no peeling, no swirls, and whenever I have a small hiccup or question, he is always there with a wealth of knowledge and the skills needed to keep my baby shining. Alex and his team are incredibly hardworking, talented, and honest. Simply put, they are the best in the business. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way is hard to find. I am a lifelong customer and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently had my car wrapped with PPF and tinted. The job came out excellent. Alex was really helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was responsive, answered all my questions, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I recently had Ceramic Pro Chicago / XTC Auto Detailing apply their Ceramic Pro Ultimate Armor Package (Ceramic Pro PPF + Ceramic Pro ION coating), and it’s hands down the best investment I’ve made for my car. This is their top-tier package, and it’s backed by a lifetime warranty. It’s worth every penny—the results speak for themselves. The finish is deeper, more vibrant, and incredibly glossy, with a smooth, slick feel that makes the car practically shed water and dirt. The protection also makes cleaning so much easier, which is a huge win in my book. My car is 11 months old, and after the treatment it looks significantly better than when it was brand-new from the dealership. Alex, the owner, is amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and detail-oriented, and he truly loves what he does. The shop is a family-owned business with over 12 years of experience, which shows in the care and level of service you get. I’m planning to keep this car for at least the next 15 years, so investing in this protection package made perfect sense to me. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and I strongly recommend Ceramic Pro Chicago / XTC Auto Detailing to anyone looking for the best paint protection film and ceramic coating on the market.
