Ceramic Pro Elite Murrieta

Recently had my new Ram Power Wagon ceramic coated and PPF. Looks great. Glad to highly recommend this place to anyone looking to keep their vehicle's looking new. The customer service so far has been great. Monica is always pleasant deal with when you need help.

don't recommend this shop for ppf, rushed job bubbles everywhere. lack of attention to detail, only been a few months. owner blamed me saying we rushed them they took a day and a half. I came when they told me it would of been ready, called them beforehand to confirm the shop mentioned no need to call back just come in at that time and it will be ready so that's what we did, I guess showing up when shop said it's gonna be ready is "rushing them" and me "demanding vehicle back" makes sense. Shouldn't blame the customer for this kind of job.. take some responsibility. Owner offered to redo it but this should not even have come out to a customer looking like this for $600, sadly wasted my money. EDIT this was my first time trying PPF from this shop,I was bringing cars until this kind of work was done but did a tint on a CLE 53, and the ceramic coat was on same vehicle.. either way unless you wanna go through this I wouldn't try it. Owner just blaming me instead of taking responsibility for what kind of work was done.

Ceramic Pro Elite Murrieta did an incredible job with my color PPF. The finish turned out perfect and completely upgraded the overall look of my car while also adding serious protection. The staff was professional, experienced, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. You can tell they take pride in their work and really focus on the small details that make a big difference. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their car looking top tier while keeping it protected long term.

I took my car in to get PPF, Windows Tint, and Ceramic Coating because the price was really great! I guess I know that the saying, "you get what you pay for" is really true! Bubbles everywhere and PPF film has stretch marks and what appears to be fingerprint marks. I paid for full car PPF and a part of the trunk was not covered at all. Scratches on the windshield tint, and when they replaced it, even more scratches were there. Been trying to get the owner, Kyle, to call me to no avail! His PPF installer told me that he would get him to call me to hopefully have a meeting, but nothing! No calls or messages! There are over 30 bubbles and plenty of debris caught in the film. They said the windshield tint will be replaced again, but nothing, no call or message! I was told that I have a warranty, but what good is that when I cannot get anything done. I didn't even want to submit a negative review because I was waiting for Kyle to reach out, but it's clear that he is ignoring me. This is the worst PPF job that I have seen and others cannot believe it as well. I've had people say, "why didn't they just redo it and make it better", but this company doesn't believe in that. No reply from the owner is why this review is written, so everyone can know how horrible of a job this company did on my car and how they do not stand by their work. If anyone wants to see their work on my car, please reach out to me so you can see for yourself. I took another car to Clear Pro and they did a fantastic job. Clear Pro does charge more for their work, but is miles better with everything! This company isn't trustworthy and tells the customer that the car is protected. The car may be protected, but looks terrible while doing so. I really wanted to work something out with the owner, but how can we since he never returns any messages. This was a big mistake taking my car to Ceramic Pro Elite! From now on, just Clear Pro for me and I advise anyone else to go there as well. UPDATE: To show how untrustworthy this owner is, never did Kyle show up or call me to see the many imperfections the PPF has! I will be more than happy to show anyone personally what a horrible job that they did! The first car was ceramic coated ONLY! No PPF at all! As far as I can tell, the ceramic coating is good, but we are talking about PPF. I guess Kyle thinks that they applied PPF on both cars! This only shows their lack of professionalism. When picking up my car, I could see stretch marks, bubbles, and no PPF on the back of the trunk! They reluctantly worked on it and made it worse, then after a 2 weeks adjustment time, they tried to adjust the many flaws, only to make things worse! Even the windshield tint was worse! Kyle is only trying to save face, but has done nothing to fix things! Ask him if he has ever called me or returned any messages? This is absolutely the worse company to install PPF. Even the installer stated that there are a lot of bubbles and he'll have Kyle contact me! No contact at all! I have taken the car to Lexus and to Clear Pro, and they cannot believe how bad the install was! If anyone wants proof, please message me here or in Yelp and I will show you my car! Bubbles are hard to see on pictures! With the ridiculous reply from this owner, I will now take this further to the Better Business Bereau and see if there is a main Ceramic Pro Office! They should not get away with this!!! Just like any owner who received a bad review, this Kyle guy wants to twist and make up things to make the reviewer look bad! REMEMBER, CONTACT ME SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THEIR TERRIBLE WORK!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Ceramic Pro! I took my vehicle here, and they did an excellent job. I was so impressed that I told everyone who needed tint to come here. I will never go to another tint shop because the prices here are very reasonable, the work is excellent, and the customer service is fantastic. My lady saw how nice my tint was, and she wanted tint from Ceramic Pro too. She is so happy with her tint, and I knew she would be because Kyle and his team do excellent work. Thank you, Ceramic Pro!!!!
