Ceramic window tinting / car wraps / paint protection

I paid Rick $3,500 to install a white PPF wrap on my SUV, and unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When I picked up the vehicle, I was led to believe the installation was complete. It wasn’t until later that I discovered an entire section of the roof had been left uncovered. Since then, getting Rick to finish the job has been an absolute nightmare. Over the past three weeks, I’ve repeatedly tried to contact him through calls and messages with little to no response. My calls now go straight to voicemail, making it seem like I’m being deliberately avoided. Instead of operating from one consistent location, he’s had me chasing him between different tint shops around town, making an already frustrating situation even worse. This isn’t the first issue, either. Throughout the process, I had to make multiple return trips to have workmanship issues corrected that should have been caught before delivery. At one point, my SUV sat at his shop for over a week with no work being performed. What disappoints me the most is the lack of professionalism. If there had been honest communication and accountability, this review probably wouldn’t exist. Everyone runs into problems from time to time, but ignoring a paying customer after collecting $3,500 is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I referred family members to Rick because I believed he would stand behind his work. I now regret making those referrals. I’ve already contacted the PPF manufacturer to get in touch with their local representative, and it looks like I may have to pay another installer out of pocket just to complete the job correctly. If this matter continues to be ignored, I’ll have no choice but to file formal complaints with the appropriate licensing and consumer protection agencies in Las Vegas. If you’re considering trusting Rick with your vehicle, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Quality workmanship means very little if the installer won’t stand behind it or communicate with customers when problems arise.

Rick wrapped my Dodge Challenger 5 years ago and still looks show quality today. My Challenger was in SEMA 2022 , 2 different car magazines and has won a ton of best of show awards over the years in Las Vegas , California, Arizona and Utah. Rick is one of the best in Las Vegas in wrapping cars and tinting windows. Rick also put stripes on my Chrysler 300 and tinted the windows and did a phenomenal job on both cars . Ricky wrapped my motorcycle and did an amazing job from start to finish. I trusted him with full creative freedom, and the result completely exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and quality of his work really stand out. On top of that, he’s super kind and professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft. I highly recommend him if you want something done right.

Ricky does such an amazing job at this location! He is also very reasonable with his prices. My Racing Stripes came out so clean!!! I definitely trust his judgment and recommendations. Please see the pictures that I have posted. He does such good professional work by removing the pieces, such as the Antenna, etc., to complete the look. He did not cut corners or cut around any of the objects that were in the area, where the stripes needed to go. I totally recommend this place! Every service I’ve had done here is always to the finest! Keep it up guys and thank you!
