Crystallized Ceramic's

Jim was really easy to talk to and work with. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgable and gladly explains the whole process. Throughout the job, he kept me updated so I wasn't wondering "how much longer." He walks you through the finished product and makes sure that you are satisfied. The job that he did was so good that my wife immediately noticed the difference and wants to get her windows tinted also. I can't wait to get the second part done and that's the ceramic coating for my paint job. All the construction during red cone season here in the Burgh and my 9 month old car has several chips in the paint. I would definitely recommend having Jim take care of your car. I will post pictures of both cars after my wife's car has the ceramic tinting completed.

Awesome job, was definitely a unique experience due difficulty with doors, but Jim did a fantastic job of being up to the task. The sun strip is awesome. Everything turned out fantastic. Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

When I say Crystallized Ceramics is the best place to take your car, truck, or any automobile, I truly mean it. I’ve never had such an amazing experience especially the amazing results. The communication is second to none and Jim(Owner) truly cares about each and every automobile he works on. Whether it be an old ruffed up car to brand new supercars, the results are exactly the same: Perfection. My family has gone through many cars and had many details/corrections done from different detailers/shops, there is no other place in Pittsburgh that does a more outstanding job than these guys. Not only did Jim make my SQ5 look brand new after some hard times with its past owner, but he also had his close friend who is a body-shop expert fix deep scratches on the emblems that other body shops stated there was “no fix” for it and the whole bumper and tailgate would need a full repaint. It looks absolutely perfect and now shines better than OEM. The pictures speak for themselves. Great product, great service, great price, amazing communication.

I had a great experience with Crystallized Ceramic, especially working with Jim. Super easy to work with and very professional the whole time. The work area was always clean and organized, which I really appreciated. I had my window tint done, and Jim kept me in the loop every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. Pricing was very reasonable too, especially for how good everything turned out. Honestly, the results are amazing—the tint looks perfect and completely transformed the look of my car. Couldn’t be happier with it. Definitely recommend Crystallized Ceramic and Jim if you’re thinking about getting work done!

I recently had my car detailed, ceramic coated, and tinted, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The prices are half of what other people charges for twice the quality and customer satisfaction. Even though my car has satin paint he did an incredible job keeping the finish and the shine at the same time. Jim absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the very beginning, his communication stood out — he kept me consistently updated throughout every stage of the process, sending progress updates and making sure I knew exactly what was being done. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare and truly appreciated. The attention to detail on the car is next level. The finish after the ceramic coating looks incredible — deep hue, flawless shine, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. The detailing itself was meticulous, with every inch of the car looking better than when it left the showroom. The window tinting was also perfectly executed — clean, precise, and it completely elevates the overall look of the car. What really sets Jim apart is not just the quality of his work, but the care he puts into the entire experience. He treats your car like it’s his own, and that shows in the results. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do, I highly recommend Jim. This is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with any automotive service. P.S you get a complimentary photoshoot of your car. A complete package this place is 💯
