I don’t let just anybody do work on my rare 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP. I trusted Bill from Dovetail Detailing to first detail with temporary protective coating, and then ultimately had him Ceramic Coat my car. To say I am VERY PLEASED with the results would be an understatement! The car has over 82,000 miles of “well loved use” in nearly 18 years, but it sure doesn’t look it! I had my 2007 Monte Carlo SS coated in 2020. 6 years in and it still looks great! So much easier to clean and looks cleaner longer between washes.

Bill recently detailed and ceramic coated my 55 Belair, he did an awesome job. Car is a 16-year-old frame off restoration, and he brought it back to a fresh restoration. Including removing the wheels and polishing them. He also educated me on future products and methods to use for maintaining its paint finish! Could not be happier!

I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Bill so far after the quality work he does with his ceramic coatings. He is very detailed and takes pride in his work. On both cars he took the wheels off the vehicle and coated the brake calipers and wheels themselves inside and out, which makes getting brake dust off a breeze and general washing of the vehicle very easy. Bill has coated three of my cars. The first one was a 2010 Black Corvette Grandsport. It had a lot of swirl marks on the horizontal surfaces. I brought the car in on Thursday & picked it up on Saturday. What a difference in looks after he was done. He even coated the door, trunk & hood openings. I was so impressed with his work I brought in my 2010 Yellow Corvette ZR1 to have done the next week. Same time schedule, same quality work, this time he included the underside of the hood and fuel rail covers. These cars are garage kept and see little implement weather. It’s been 2+ years and they still clean up with a soft hot water spray and little to no scrubbing. When I bought my 2024 Chevy Blazer it went to Bills for ceramic coating the week after I got it. This is my daily driver and sat outside throughout winter. It gets considerably more road grime on it so you do have to use soap to clean it. But it still looks like the day he finished coating it. When I picked up the vehicles and listened to Bill explain what he did for each part of the car , it showed his passion for detailing and coating cars. He is constantly researching coating methods and materials to keep current with the rapidly changing coating technology. I highly recommend his services for anyone wanting to show their car or truck.
