I don't leave many reviews, but this one is well deserved. I am extremely particular about my vehicles, so trusting someone with my cars is not something I take lightly. Mike came highly recommended, and after seeing the work he did, I can say with complete confidence that I made the right choice. He ceramic coated both of our vehicles using a high-quality ceramic coating, and the results were outstanding. The gloss, depth, and overall finish are incredible. The vehicles look better than I thought possible, and the attention to detail is obvious the moment you see them. What really sets Mike apart is the level of care he puts into his work. He took the time to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure everything was done the right way. After I picked up my car and was driving away from the shop, I noticed Mike following me with a towel because he had spotted maybe a fingerprint smudge that he wanted to remove, even though I never would have noticed it myself. What you do when no one is looking is the true definition of character, and that moment told me everything I needed to know about the pride Mike takes in his work. Well its hard to keep it short when you have so many good things to say about a service you receive from a company/individual, but here it goes. A little background:I purchased a Porsche in Feb, and of course I wanted to put my own touch on the car. 1. I wanted to get the brake calipers painted red instead of the acid green that Porsche puts on their hybrid cars. 2. since it is a black car I wanted to have the wheels powder coated black. The dealership I purchased the car from recommended Mike at ECCR. I called and met with Mike (owner) setup the drop-off and from the start I knew Mike was someone I could trust to do a good job. He knows his business, and was very helpful with recommendations etc. What I did not anticipate or expect was the exceptional customer service I recived from Mike and his staff. Mike's approach is profection and anything short of that just won't do.He made that clear form the start. That mentality and work ethic shines through in his work. The wheels and calipers turned out amazing! The wheels were not just powdered but Mike refinished the entire wheel. They looked brand new. All the curb rash was gone, no runs, or blemishes. The calipers look factory with the perfect Porsche red caliper color match. I had the "PORSCHE" logo done in black and they look OEM. I was more than impressed with the work. The car also had some clear coat that was starting to peel around the logo on the trunk lid. The dealership agreed to pay for this repair which Mike also performed. Excellent paint work on the trunk. Just great work. I am more than happy on how the car turned out. So much so When I picked up the Porsche I dropped off my other car to have some of the same work done on it. I Also plan to have Mike do the ceramic coating on both vehicles. After seeing his work on the ceramic coating (on other cars in his shop) its a must have. I look forward to working with ECCR again soon. Its not often these days when you just look forward to spend money at a business, but ECCR is just that good. I

Mike and his team did an excellent job on my brand new G80 M3 - I am out of state and needed the car completed in a quick turnaround so I could make my drive back home. Mike is really a great guy to work with. I definitely recommend them. The coating is incredible — water just beads right off and the paint feels so well protected.
