Elite Window Tinting & PPF Milwaukie

Had them tint the windows on my Lexus IS about 4 years ago. When I got the car back there were two issues. The rear seat bolsters weren't clipped back in. Initially the guy at the counter told me that it wasn't them and that they don't have to disassemble anything in the car to tint the rear window. But he did walk out with me and looked at it and they fixed it right there no big deal. But as soon as I started driving I noticed a horrific rattle from the rear deck. I took it back and they totally blew me off and basically told me to go kick rocks. I was young and had a 12 inch sub in the trunk, so maybe that played a role. So I spent my afternoon pulling the rear seat and rear deck out of my Lexus and I found a couple plastic tools sliding around underneath the plastic. I took the tools back to them and explained where I found them and all I got was a thank you. Not even an apology for blowing me off or making me waste an afternoon. I get that people make mistakes but the customer service and the lie about the dissembly of the interior really pissed me off. As far as the tint, it looked good and worked well until I sold the car. So good work at a fair price, but they really dropped the ball with me. So yeah a little bit of a late review. I'm currently in the process of replacing all the glass in my 95 Chevy so that's why I was thinking about tint. Maybe these guys are better now. Judging by the other reviews people are generally happy with the work, but if something isn't satisfactory they might not care enough to fix it.

I wanted PPF applied on the trunk area of my 2026 Camry and Elite couldn't have been nicer or quicker. My car was done in just a few hours and the price was far less than I expected. I was really impressed with the creativity and flexibility that the employees had with my predicament. I had placed decals on my car and they had become weatherworn and needed to be removed. Thinking that it was going to be a simple task, they agreed to help me try to remove them. Little did we know it was going to be a much bigger endeavor than it was. They, with smiles on their faces , were happy to accommodate and do the best they could. I appreciated their willingness and humor.

I recently bought a 2026 Camry from Toyota and they had to have my rock chip protection done outside of the dealership, and they sent me to Elite. I asked them if they could tint my windows while the rock chip was being done and they were happy to oblige! Was in a rental for just over 24 hours before they called me and said my car was done. Very quick and the job is well done. Thank you guys!
