Enhance Auto Care – Detail, Window Tint & PPF Inc Waldorf

This review is solely on this place losing a potential customer. I am literally here at the location as I’m typing this review. I came to get pricing on PPF for my SUV. Walked in the office, no lights are on, no one to greet me. Ok cool..the garage door is cracked, music is blasting, so I call. I hear him get an attitude bc I stopped his music from playing while calling and did not answer the phone. Based on previous reviews I was looking forward doing business with this location. Gladly will take my money elsewhere! 🥴

I brought my Model Y here after getting the runaround from two other shops in the area. Wilbert Parada actually listened to what I wanted. Ended up going with ceramic coating on the paint and trim, car still looks freshly detailed three months later even after sitting in my driveway through all that rain we had. Solid experience, would recommend to anyone in Waldorf or the surrounding areas.

Wilber does excellent work on every vehicle! I did the 2 year ceramic coating and the results left me speechless! The car was like glass and the surface was super smooth. Super Hydrophobic now too!! Getting my appointment was super fast and easy and Wilber works with you to try to get your car back as soon and easily as possible! I will be coming back to Enhance with my other cars !

Enhance Auto Care Services is truly top tier. I brought my brand new BMW i4 M50 in for window tint after having a terrible experience at another shop where I had to return multiple times. It was frustrating enough that I refused to go back. From the moment I met Wilbert at Enhance Auto Care, the experience was completely different. The consultation alone let me know I was in the right place. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and assured me I wouldn’t have any issues and he was absolutely right. Wilbert got it PERFECT THE FIRST TIME. The quality of the tint is flawless, and the attention to detail shows in every window. The customer service was amazing, the process was smooth, and the overall experience was nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for precision, professionalism, and results you can trust especially with a high end vehicle Enhance Auto Care Services is the place to go. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I absolutely love the look of my new Camry with the window tint! Wilbert and his team at Enhance Auto Care did an amazing job. The tint looks flawless and really elevates the whole car. From the moment I reached out for an estimate to the final handoff, they were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. I really appreciated how they walked me through the tint options, took the time to answer my many questions, and made sure I was happy with everything. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back for more enhancements in the future. Highly recommend!
