Epic Auto Detailing - Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection

Johnny and his team did a fantastic job on our tint! I have never had tint before, and this was a new "thing" for me, so Johnny assured me that I would love the look. Imagine that he was correct! I am so glad I went with his suggestion! Thank you, Johnny!

I got my windows tinted and noticed after the curing process that my front window is blurry. I also noticed that the tint went over the black dots and looked smudged. I’ve had two other cars tinted from a different place and they cut around the black dots. Anyways, I contacted the guy who did the work and he said he no longer works for Epic and to call them to ask for a refund. I contacted the Gresham office through the website and was told they can fix the issue. I have been trying to schedule a time to get this done and am not getting any reply. I have emailed and called. I would schedule in the website but they don’t have a “tint repair” option. It has been a couple weeks without a call or email back. At this point, I would prefer a refund and go somewhere else. Driving with a blurry view is unsafe and I would prefer to not do it. I can’t get a picture of what the windshield looks like while driving but I do have a picture of the smudge that can’t be fixed unless I take the tint off. You can see it from the inside and outside. The guy that did the work said it does that when you install over the black dots. I would assume they wouldn’t put it over the black dots as I don’t think many customers would be happy with a smudged look.

I have an older Ford Ranger that has not been treated gently. I'm not sure what I expected, i was aware nothing could make the truck look new, but the end result looked (and smelled) great. Years of dog passengers, spilled coffees, and dusty work were washed away.

The guy I spoke to was very cool and nice! They got my windows tinted for a lower price than I thought it would be and faster than he quoted me for. I'm happy about it!!

$1200 paint correction and interior detail was purchased. Wanted my truck to look the best for a 10 year anniversary this Thursday. Body of truck was okay thought it would be better but it wasn’t bad. The interior however was horrible. Won’t be going back.
