Esoteric Auto Salon - (PPF) Paint Protection Film Specialist

Happy I went with the most detail oriented PPF installer around. Long story short, I shopped around the county looking for the best craftsmanship I could find. I was blown away by Caidens customer service during our first phone call, he was personable, answered all my questions. He then invited me over to come take a look at one of the cars he was currently working on. When I arrived I was blown away by the detailed work he had just completed. It blew all those pre cut template installs out of the water. I’ll be the first one to say I’m a bit nit picky, and Caiden matched my energy making sure everything was perfect. When it came down to price, he beat out all the “big” shops around. They were quoting a lot more $$$$ for product that would have seam lines and pre cut borders. Caiden stands behind his work and will suit your needs. He has all of his customers come back for a follow up to make sure everything is holding the way he intended. With 10+ years on his belt, Caiden knows what he’s doing and he’s the guy for your PPF install.

Esoteric took care of my BMW M3 by removing PPF from the hood and replacing it in a timely manner without cutting any corners. I was very confident in the craftsmanship and experience of the shop owner/installer who took his time to make sure QC was top notch!

I had never PPF'd a vehicle before. There was a lot about the process that I needed to learn. Caden was a great resource, he took his time to walk me through the entire process and options, including the differences between products, template versus hand cutting and warranties. The finished product is nothing short of amazing and I could not be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Caden and Esoteric if you are in the market for this type of service.

Outstanding PPF and Ceramic coating shop. I am known for having very high expectations as it applies to work done on motorcycles and motorcars and Esoteric meets the mark. I had initially thought to try a shop in LA with competative pricing through a trusted friend, but I’m very pleased that I chose to go with Esoteric instead. Do NOT be dissuaded by Esoteric being located in Grover Beach. As a discerning and budget conscious car owner, I would literally drive from LA or SF, skipping Beverly Hills and SB to visit this business to have my work done. The owner Kayden is quiet and unassuming. But under is belt is 11 years of experience working on a variety of exotic and everyday vehicles. He knows the tricks of the trade by having applied PPF to 100’s of vehicles and has an exceedingly discriminating eye. And the service is HIGHLY personalized. Kayden will wrap most of the vehicle and avoid any exposed edges lines. To accomplish this, he takes the much more difficult approach of disassembly to get around edges and provide an exquisite result. He does NOT take short cuts - I realized this when I stopped by to grab a couple of things from the back of the vehicle while he was working on my GX 550. This is a shop for perfectionists and detail oriented car owners, who are particular about their vehicles and want high quality work done by a professional PPF technician who is vested in providing an excellent result. PPF is very expensive and I didn’t want someone learning how to apply PPF and ceramic on my car. I was beyond impressed by Kayden’s knowledge and results. I love his straight forward honest approach to his business. The aim in optimal results (not necessarily absolute perfection - as that is not 100% realistic with PPF). In my job the vehicle was near perfect! And in the couple of places where perfection could not be achieved due to the substrate… Kayden talked me though why and we came up with a work around to make it perfect (replacing a rough surface trim with gloss pieces that he will wrap at a later time, and ceramic coating a couple of areas which he felt would come out well). I loved his approach of 4 visits - first to discuss the products (pro’s and con’s of each); second - drop off for the week long installation; third to see initial results (that were impressive); and fourth follow up appointment for touch ups, replacement of badging, and a car wash (mine was postponed to another time due to rain). Kayden is meticulous - an artist and entirely reliable. I have multiple Porsches and BMW’s and would recommend Esoteric to anyone who wants a great PPF / ceramic job for a better price than most shops in SB, LA and SF. Expectations: 1. You will need to leave a deposit for the PPF order. (Just over 1/3). 2. The install will take a week plus for the entire car. 3. Your vehicle will be given individualized attention to every aspect of the application. 4. Your car will not be driven off site. 5. The work will be meticulously completed to your satisfaction. I would trust my Porsches to Kayden (if they hadn’t already been done. And that says a lot coming from someone who details my cars weekly. Again 10/10 experience and will update with my final visits to complete the remaining small piece wraps once the correct film is back in stock.

Caiden and Esoteric Auto Salon were amazing! Five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and quality work. They added some black matte accent wrap touches to my white car (front to back strip above pillars plus side mirrors) — and I could not be happier! It looks fabulous. See before and after photos attached. Excellent work and customer service at a very fair price. I live in San Luis Obispo — but the drive to their shop in Grover Beach was absolutely worth it.
