Esoteric PPF – Columbus

The team at Esoteric is exceptional. The quality of their work is second to none, communication is excellent and the end results are amazing. I had my Rivian completely wrapped in the XPEL Clear Ultimate Plus film, and had the two front windows tinted. The vehicle actually had a full front wrap, done by someone else, but it wasn't done well. There were "swirls" on the hood, where someone had tried to clean it with a chemical agent, and it literally was burned into the film. Also a couple of places where you could see the films edge. Esoteric removed all the PPF that was on the front, and the difference is incredible. NOW, it's been done right, professionally. I also had the front door tint removed and redone by them, and again, much better. Hopefully in October, we will be trading in our other vehicle for the new Rivian R2, and we will literally drive it from Rivian directly to Esoteric for PPF. If you're considering protecting your vehicle with PPF, whether gloss or matte wrap, you're doing it to protect your vehicle, your investment. So don't try to cut a corner and save a few bucks, it's just not worth it. You want it done right, professionally, and you want a company to stand behind their work, take pride in that work. That's Esoteric, no question or debate.

Max and the rest of the team at Esoteric did an excellent job on our Model X! They'll do the front glass on the X and it came out perfect. I hunted for another shop that had confidence (and didn't try and gouge me for the work). They were the only shop and have a level of professionalism above everyone else. It is clear they have the most discerning of clientele and plenty of repeat customers. The scheduling process was simple and the team kept me apprised of their progress. The work bat is clean and well maintained. Can't recommend them enough!

I recently brought my new Tesla Cybertruck to Esoteric for a premium ceramic coating and window tinting project. While we ran into an initial quality oversight that left me frustrated, the way management immediately stepped in to handle the situation completely redefined my experience with this studio. Dan and Todd from management reached out directly. They listened to my concerns with incredible patience and walked me through a meticulous, step-by-step plan to perfectly rectify the vehicle's finish. Their transparency and technical expertise entirely erased my hesitation. I was especially impressed when Todd proactively replaced an accessory I mentioned had been soiled during the initial install—a level of accountability you rarely see in the automotive industry. I’m super happy with the end result, as the coating allows me to enjoy the unique stainless look of the Cybertruck while protecting the exterior. Esoteric completely stood behind their work and demonstrated world-class customer care. It is incredibly clear why they have the reputation they do. They truly back their craftsmanship and go above and beyond to ensure a flawless result. I am thoroughly impressed, will absolutely be a repeat customer, and highly recommend Esoteric to anyone looking for elite detailing. Thank you for your honesty and commitment to excellence! We need more businesses like you in our world!!

Esoteric is premier organization. Andy was professional from the point of dropping off my vehicle, through the process, to when I picked up my vehicle. The tour through the shop, everyone was professional and answered questions. The quality of work, I could not be any happier. I will be a return customer.

The first thing I did when I bought my new Raptor was take it to Esoteric. The team there is phenomenal, especially Andy. I had a lot of questions and Andy had a lot of detailed answers and helped me choose the services and products that were right for my application. During the process, I changed things up a couple of times and added window treatments, and the team flexed to make it work with the original timeline. The final product looks amazing! Full level 2 ceramic coat came out great, the window tint looks perfect, the window treatment beads water off better than any product I’ve previously used and the PPF looks great. I’m super impressed with them across the board. Customer service is world class. Would highly recommend to anyone.
