Excellent mechanical service. Had the service done at my home and everything went smoothly. The mechanic was tedious and careful not to damage my vehicle and checked in with me multiple times to make sure that it was done in a way that I would be happy with. Would definitely recommend their services.

Had EV Bandit do a mobile install for me at work. Work was perfect! super clean super professional. Will have the be my personal EV product and install company. Would suggest the same for everyone in the San Antonio area.

I would not recommend this company or this product. I purchased the door seal kit for my Tesla Model Y, and within about a month (or less) of installation, the seals started randomly peeling off. It was completely embarrassing to have them hanging off the car. I contacted EV Bandit for help. They initially told me I was outside their 30-day return policy because I waited about 2–3 weeks after receiving the product before installing it. Even so, the representative said he would see what he could do. He asked me on multiple occasions to text pictures of the issue, which I did. After sending multiple photos and waiting several weeks, I was repeatedly ignored with no resolution and no guidance on how to fix the problem. I even told the representative that I wasn't looking for a refund, I simply wanted a solution because the product was failing and it was embarrassing to drive around with it peeling off my car. After following up yet again weeks later, I was finally told they would send me a replacement set if I returned the original set, including the strip that was still attached and not peeling, and if I paid for shipping both ways. I agreed. When I tried removing the remaining strip, it was a nightmare. It kept tearing apart, leaving large portions of the adhesive stuck to my car instead of coming off cleanly. At that point, I decided to remove everything and not send it back because I didn't want to spend any more time dealing with a product and customer service experience that had already been frustrating enough. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I have photos of the defective product and text message conversations documenting everything described above if anyone questions the accuracy of this review. Response: My review is based on my personal experience as a customer and is final. I want to strongly warn other customers: if you leave a negative review for this business, be prepared for harassment. After posting my review, “John” began texting me at 8:30 PM and continued sending messages until 10:40 PM. Even though I repeatedly told them I did not want to engage and asked them to stop, he kept messaging me anyway. I had to tell him three times before the texts finally stopped. This is completely unacceptable. Using a customer’s personal phone number to repeatedly harass them for hours, late into the night, after they’ve clearly asked you to stop is unethical, invasive, and shameful behavior. No customer should have to endure this kind of harassment simply for leaving an honest review.

The absolute best in professionalism and work. I had taken my van to U-Haul and they messed it all up and came to Alonso and he knew exactly what to do and not only that but made some very informative videos to send to U-Haul so I can get my money back for the work that was done. Absolute worth coming to, and he also has a very cute little Maltese dog.
