F & I Detailing USA (PPF, Ceramic Coatings, Window Tinting)

We purchased the lifetime ceramic coating for our truck. We was told at the time we purchased ($1500) it that if we had to have any body work completed on the truck and it needed the ceramic coating put back on, it would be covered. Today I called to get the ceramic coated put back on the truck since we got some scratches from the hurricane and had to have it buffed out. I spoke with "Chris" who informed me this was not the situation? Then what does lifetime mean? I do remember asking when we had this put on if we had a accident and had to replace a fender or anything would we have to pay to get ceramic coating again and we was told no. I just hate being told something then when you need them to hold up to what they tell you, the customer support is not there!!!! Update-Mike called me back and honored this!!! Thank you Mike for making this right!!!!

Mike and his crew are awesome! The quality of the work and service is great! Friendly, helpful staff. I have had 3 cars with ceramic pro and the clear bra done by F & I. I give them my highest recommendation.

My car looks better then the day I drove it off the VW lot new. The tinted windows is exactly what I was looking for. These guys did a great job with the PPF. I don’t want to drive the car because the detailing is awesome.

Mike and his team did a phenomenal job wrapping my Audi !! Gloss black and Carbon is the hardest and they delivered a flawless product. Such a great team to work with too. The best in Asheville and Western NC!!

Took my car to F&I detailing for the Ceramic Pro a few days after it was delivered. They did a great job on the car, and made it look sharp, and clean up very easily. P.S. Just took it in for my 1 year Ceramic Pro check up. Mike detailed my car, and added a layer and my paint and wheels look great. Best part is quick, easy wash. Great people to do business with.
