Hand Upon Detailing and Ceramic Coatings

I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this review because I previously trusted this company after having a great experience with my first vehicle. When I purchased a new car, I immediately came back for a full front PPF and ceramic coating package. I was quoted a 2-day turnaround and promised regular updates, but communication quickly became inconsistent. After multiple delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, responsibility for my vehicle was passed between employees without clear communication. I was eventually offered a complimentary full-body PPF for the inconvenience, but despite agreeing on several deadlines, the work was never completed. One employee completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I later found out he was no longer with the company without my knowledge. At this point, my vehicle still does not have the promised PPF installed, the interior ceramic coating was never done, and the exterior ceramic coating wasn’t even completed properly. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I’m honestly at a loss for words. UPDATE: Danny eventually got back in contact with me and finally completed the PPF work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the quality of the install was terrible. I brought the car to multiple reputable PPF shops for inspection and received the same feedback from every single one. Several shops told me it was one of the worst PPF installations they had seen. They also pointed out that my clear coat is now lifting, and warned me that removing the PPF from my bumper will very likely peel the paint completely off, meaning I may now need to have my bumper repainted. After everything I went through with the delays, broken promises, lack of communication, and being completely ghosted, I’m now potentially dealing with paint damage caused by the improper installation itself. I have completely lost trust in this company and am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled.

Brought my wife’s 2022 Kia Sorento in to Daniel for a full ceramic coating with his 3-5 yr warranty package and I could not be happier! Daniel was super friendly and helpful from the start, and maintained great communication and updates throughout the process. He did an interior detail, wash, decontamination, paint correction, ceramic coating, and even fixed some problem glue spots from sloppy dealership work. The depth of color and shine he brought to the green paint looks absolutely gorgeous. The prices are very fair, and the quality of work is second to none! I now recommend Hand Upon Detailing and Ceramic Coating to all my friends and family, and will definitely be going back to Daniel for any further needs! Update! This is the second car I’ve brought in to Daniel, and once again he’s done an incredible job! I had him do a ceramic coating refresh, repair a deep paint scratch, tint a window, tint the side marker lights, and repair some really bad curb rash. He even did a quick interior detail! Everything turned out phenomenally, and the car looks brand new. The work was done incredibly fast and at a fair price. Daniel is always a pleasure to work with, and does a great job of being transparent on the process and pricing, as well as providing updates. Highly recommend these guys for any work you might need!

Wanted to make sure that I recognized Danny, Victor, Christian and the team! Those guys were hard-working and on fire. I was proud to recommend you. My car: Full paint correction Oxidation removal Scratch Removal Repainting Ceramic coating graphene. Ceramic tint. Thank you one and all! Cliff

I had been browsing around for a shop to ceramic coat my car and came across Hand Upon with glowing reviews from yelp/google/reddit. Having spoken to Danny at length about protection/coating options he was quick to respond with more than enough info to minimize any doubt about their services. To top it off he had reached out with a promotional offer for a 5 year ceramic coat that I could not refuse! Upon pickup after the service I was extremely happy with the results. Danny and team took great care of my vehicle, and went above and beyond what I had expected. The pearl effect paint looks enhanced with no imperfections. The team even took time to clean the interior of the car, vacuum the mats, door card alcantara and even spot treated my daughter carseat! I will let the photos speak for themselves. Won't hesitate to continue to give the Hand Upon team my business in the future. Thank you Danny and team!

I came to Daniel at Hand Upon to replace the front end PPF on my 2017 Z51 Corvette. He also took care of some touch-ups and gave me a deal on ceramic coating. He was able to fit me in a couple days after I reached out and knocked everything out in two days staying after closing so I could get my car back before the weekend. Daniel's super communicative and friendly, very accommodating on schedule, and did great work on my car. I'll be coming back for future work.
