Immaculate Auto Detailing And Ceramic Coating - Southern Highlands

I had my car detailed by them and I’m genuinely impressed. Between hauling kids, groceries, and a dog, the interior was a mess—crumbs, pet hair, smudges everywhere. They were super professional, didn’t rush the job, and treated my car with real care. When I got it back, it felt like a completely different vehicle. The seats were spotless, the floor mats looked brand new, and even the hard-to-reach areas were clean. What really stood out was the attention to detail—they didn’t miss a thing. I didn’t feel like “just another customer.” It’s rare to find service like that these days. Highly recommend if you want your car to feel fresh again without any hassle.

Brought my car to them , after months of city driving, coffee spills, and general wear and tear. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but what they delivered honestly felt like one. The staff was super polite and took the time to ask if I had any specific concerns before they started. I mentioned a coffee stain on the front seat and a ton of dust in the vents. When I picked it up, the stain was completely gone and the whole interior looked spotless—like showroom clean. What I really liked was that they didn’t just clean what you can see—they got into all the little corners and crevices most people miss. Even my trunk looked amazing. I’ve had detailing done before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Great service, fair pricing, and the results speak for themselves. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Took my car to immaculate auto detailing and after a long winter of dirt, salt, and general neglect—and I’m so glad I did. The car was honestly a mess inside and out, but they brought it back to life. The team was professional, friendly, and didn’t rush the job. They asked if there were any areas I wanted them to focus on (I mentioned some stubborn stains on the seats), and when I came back to pick it up, the difference was incredible. The carpets looked brand new, the dashboard and screens were spotless, and that “clean car smell” was perfect—not overpowering or artificial. I also appreciated how they treated me as a customer—no hard selling, no pressure. Just great service and great results. I’ll definitely be returning in a few months for another detail.

I’m a total car enthusiast, and I treat my ride like it’s part of the family—so I’m picky about detailing. They understood that immediately. They asked about the level of polish I wanted, suggested a gentle clay bar treatment, and hand‑wiped every chrome trim piece. The paint got that deep, mirror‑like finish I crave, and the leather interior feels supple, not sticky. They didn’t rush through any step, and they even explained aftercare tips so I can keep it looking sharp between visits. Highly recommend if you want more than just a surface clean—these folks care about your car as much as you do.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I brought my SUV in for a full detail after a long road trip with kids, snacks, and, honestly, a bit of chaos. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but they delivered way beyond what I imagined. The team was friendly and respectful from the start. They listened to my concerns (especially about a stain on the backseat), and they took their time without rushing. When I came back, I almost didn’t recognize my own vehicle—it was that clean. The carpets were shampooed, the leather looked conditioned and soft, and even the hard-to-reach spots like under the seats were spotless. They clearly take pride in what they do. It’s not easy to find a service that’s both high quality and trustworthy, but this place nailed it. Worth every cent. Will definitely be coming back in a few months for maintenance.
