Marin Auto Detailing / Ceramic Pro San Rafael

I had a great experience with Pedro and his team at Ceramic Pro San Rafael. After I brought in my new BMW M340i, Pedro spent a significant amount of time walking me through his products - breaking down the benefits and drawbacks of each option and giving me honest feedback on what made sense for my needs and what didn’t. He also worked with me to pull together a solid deal. The quality of the installation for the Ceramic Pro PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint is top-notch. The car looks incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Pedro and his team if you’re looking for expert work and an honest experience!

I brought my matte black car (OEM paint, not a wrap) for a hand wash, and potentially some water spots removal. I had high hopes for this place given the ratings. The owner immediately tried to upsell me the ppf, which I declined the first time and we scheduled the appointment for the wash. When I brought the car for the appointment he insisted again on testing the ppf, and I reluctantly agree to test a small sample. He put a large piece on the hood that left an outline after it was removed. When I pointed that out the owner argued with me that the hood was already damaged, which it was, but the residue from the ppf was new. After 10 min of arguing he agreed to remove the outline. At the end of the day the outline was almost removed so I took the car. All I wanted was a professional wash by someone who knows how to deal with the factory matte paint. After I left I found out that the roof wasn't even washed - see the picture - there is dirt all over. We agreed on $250 and he charged a $100 deposit. He ended up not charging the rest, but I'm not sure this was even worth $100. I understand this is a ppf shop, but if he couldn't help me he should have just said that instead of constantly trying to upsell me the ppf which I never asked for. This whole interaction left a pretty bad taste on my mouth and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Pedro and his team were exceptional to work with. They worked around my work schedule and made the experience very pleasant and smooth. Very trustworthy, kind, and stands by his work and warranty. My tint looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Marin Auto Detailing & Ceramic Pro. Thanks Pedro!

Pedro did an absolutely fantastic job! I had my front windows tinted with ceramic film at 15%, and the difference is incredible. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the finish looks super clean. He was able to schedule me in within just a few days, which I really appreciated.

Pedro did an excellent job in restoring my car to basically factory new! He meticulously cleaned the interior, removing even the toughest stains I thought were permanent. The paint looked flawless after his treatment, and it gleamed like new. He also helped me find a great deal on a new windshield replacement and expertly tinted all my windows. The tint application is flawless, with a perfect darkness level. Pedro was incredibly friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and finished the work on time. His prices were very reasonable for the high-quality service I received. I would highly recommend Pedro to anyone looking for car detailing, window tinting, or auto glass replacement. He's a true professional and takes great pride in his work. I will definitely be returning for future services!
