Entrusting someone with a brand-new vehicle especially one you’ve dreamed about for a long time, is not easy, but Vijay, Colby, and their team made the entire experience worth every penny. I reached out to My Paint Doctor to remove PPF that had been poorly installed by another company. From the start, they walked me through their process, set clear expectations, and ultimately exceeded them. Their team was courteous, transparent, and never over‑promised. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality of their work that we ended up having them handle our tint as well — and that turned out just as flawless.

Short Review - VJ, Coby, and team are truly the best and they take pride in their tradecraft. The meticulous attention to detail exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs PPF, ceramic coating, paint correct, window tinting, etc. Long Review - I bought a 2026 F-250 at the end of 2025 and to my dismay found scuff marks on the front grille (attached photos). Drove me nuts trying to figure out how that happened to my brand new truck. Kept me up at night so I looked up shops in the DMV area that could do some paint correction and stumbled on My Paint Doctor. The reviews were stellar. 5 stars. A perfect rating. I decided to do some recon and emailed the business through their website contact us form. Within a few short hours I received a reply back from VJ saying that he would give me a call to talk over my options. On our consultation call, I let VJ know I was interested in getting those scuff marks corrected, but also would like to add in ceramic coating and get tints done all at the same time. He was very detailed explaining all my options. By the end of the call I had an appointment to drop off my truck by the end of the week. During my appointment, I was greeted by Coby and we did a full walkaround of the truck. I explained to him what I was looking for and also the areas of concern on the grille. He also shared his opinion on my desired window tint percentage. I got a tour of the garage and other projects they were working on and felt at ease knowing my new "baby" was in good hands. Fast forward to the day before the initially scheduled pickup, VJ let me know that it would take a couple more days to finish up the truck due to the size of the vehicle. I had no issue with this since I had other modes of transportation, on top of the fact that the Jan26 snow / icestorm was about to this the DMV. Once roads finally cleared up, I got a text from VJ letting me know the truck was almost ready and that I should be prepared to come see the finished product the next day. In addition, he sent me pictures and videos of the truck. I was blown away. The truck looked AMAZING! It was beyond my wildest expectations and I couldn't wait to see it in person. Once I got to the garage, I was greeted by VJ and Coby and they did a full walkthrough once more. They explained to me my warranty coverage on the 5-year ceramic coating and set me up properly. They also fully detailed all the areas that received ceramic coating, but honestly, while they were talking, I had stars in my eyes looking at my sweet looking truck. A few days later, I had to drive up to Cumberland, which is at least a two hour drive one way. In that time, I got to test out how well driving felt with the new tints and one added comment regarding the meticulous work product of this shop circles around the tint. I've had tint before from other shops and one thing that drove me nuts was the dash and door panels would be messy with spray residue from tint application. On top of that, the one time I got my windshield done on a different car, I could see the edges of the tint were cut sloppily. This was not the case with My Paint Doctor. I could barely see the edge of the tint on the windshield which soothed my OCD. But more importantly, they wiped down all surfaces, leaving no trace of their work. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate VJ, Coby, and team for the work they did on my truck. I am a customer for life and spreading the word that this is the best shop I have ever gone to for tints, ceramic coating and paint correction. I surely will be going to them for my future vehicles and maybe in the future I'll be lucky enough to get one of my cars PPF wrapped. You guys are amazing.
