Next Level Detail & Ceramic Coatings LLC

Amazing experience with Chris and his team! They had my car done same day! I will highly recommend

I seriously can’t recommend Next Level Detail & Ceramic Coatings enough. I’ve known Chris since high school, so being able to support his business all these years later and see the level of work he’s built for himself makes this experience even more special. I originally trusted him with my M440i, and after seeing the quality of his work, there was no question who I was bringing my new M3 to. When you work hard for a car like this, especially one you’re extremely particular about, handing the keys over to someone requires a LOT of trust. Chris is one of the very few people I feel completely comfortable doing that with. From the communication and attention to detail to the finished product, the entire experience was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything, worked with me on the package, and treated my M3 like it was his own. The ceramic coating, wheels, glass, headlights, taillights and painted surfaces were all taken care of, and the car came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL. ✨ What I appreciate most is that Chris genuinely takes pride in his work. This isn’t someone just trying to get cars in and out of the shop. He cares about the end result and about the people trusting him with their vehicles, and that shows. Watching someone I’ve known since high school build a business with this level of professionalism and quality is pretty amazing. I’m proud to support him and even happier knowing my M3 is protected by someone I trust. If you care about your car and want it done RIGHT, take it to Chris at Next Level. He has a customer for life. 🏁✨🏁✨

My girlfriend recently got her car detailed and ceramic coated by Chris and his crew, and boy, did they do a FANTASTIC job! First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to Chris. His customer service is truly second to none. From start to finish, his attention to detail, communication, and willingness to educate the customer made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure we understood the process and what to expect. And the results speak for themselves—the car looks absolutely fantastic! I also want to give a special shoutout to the two staff members who were working with him. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they deserve recognition as well. They answered every question I had and demonstrated a level of professionalism and knowledge that really stood out. They seem like genuinely good young men with good heads on their shoulders. One thing that especially impressed me was seeing how Chris's leadership carries over to his staff. When the same professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service are reflected throughout the entire team, that says a lot about the person leading them. Thank you again, Chris and crew, for the outstanding work and such a smooth experience. You've definitely earned a repeat customer. I'll be bringing my own vehicles here from now on and will absolutely be referring my friends and family. I would give 10 stars if i could! Keep up the great work—you guys earned this 5-star review!
