Northeast Auto Spa | Ceramic Pro Elite South Shore

I initially came to northeast auto spa to get my car ceramic coated. I went here due to Anthony being an acquaintance of a family member. All was well until fast forward to last June 2025 and I ask Anthony if he could wrap a spoiler for my Lexus. After giving Anthony my spoiler I get a call about a month later that it was ready for pickup. After a 2 hour round trip I take a closer look at the spoiler and see it was done pretty poorly. I reach out to Anthony and he says “we’ll make it right” I brought it back in September and Tonight I received my spoiler back, 9 months later, and over a year from when the whole process started. Over the course of the 9 months after I brought it back, the only progress that was made was that the wrap was removed. And that was due at my request. Never once over the last 9 months did I receive a phone call or text from Anthony updating me on progress, and this was after me consistently calling and texting him. I was patient and kind as long as I could be but it’s clear my kindness was taken for weakness and there was zero respect shown. After months of excuses and unprofessionalism, it’s completely necessary that people are aware of how poorly this was handled. 12 months later an unwrapped spoiler and out hundreds of dollars with a guy who I tried to give business to. Do yourself a favor and find another shop for your ceramic and wrap jobs

Anthony and his team did a phenomenal job on my 2025 Range Rover. When he told me that my car would look better than the day I bought he wasn’t kidding. Ceramic coat & PPF with a full buffing job on the entire car. I highly recommend them!

Just got my F-150 back from Northeast Auto Spa and I couldn’t be happier! The attention to detail was incredible. The truck looks better than the day I bought it! Anthony and his team are professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. If you want your vehicle’s paint corrected and protected the right way, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I did my Volvo with NE Auto Spa 4-years ago from a recommendation by a friend. I'd never spent that kind of money on my cars. I did very little to the car during the time I owned it, but it looked showroom perfect after 4-years. Now, I just had my new bmw 5 series done up with wrap in the front and cremaic on the back. Looks awesome. Anthony at the Spa treats you like a VIP too. Highly recommend their product and service.

I just needed a simple tint job for my truck and these guys took great care of me. Very friendly, communicative, and efficient with their work. Would happily return for more work whether with this vehicle or others in the future. Definitely recommend this shop!
