Ntense Wraps, PPF & Ceramic Coating

Got a chrome delete done here few months ago and they did a great job. They took their time and paid attention to the details to make sure everything came out right. They also showed me how to properly wash my car with a pressure washer so the wrap stays in good condition. Great customer service and quality work.

UPDATE I HAD MY CART WRAPPED AND RST PPF’d 10/10 experience dont hesitate have them do the job Bruce unfortunately my Golf course wont allow my brand cart and I was so excited to have PJ AND AMBER handle the job. THEY WERE SO PERFECT other companies could learn from them best of luck if I need your services i will definitely use you

Please take my review as a warning. I took my '21 Challenger to PJ for a full body PPF install and re-tint back in June 2024. Note: She "forgot" to tint my windows but did refund me shortly after. Her forgetting to re-tint my windows was probably the best thing that happened during this whole disaster. 1. She hired someone who did not work at her company (without my knowledge or approval) to take apart my bumper. This person worked on my car at his HOME! Furthermore, they did not reinstall my hood seal. I was left with a very noticeable gap between my bumper and hood. The space became wider each week since they reused old rivets and did not properly secure the bumper. I was told by one of her old employees that my bumper was dropped and dragged before it was wrapped, which is why I have those scratches in the front... but of course, PJ mentioned nothing. 2. Another random contractor that she hired installed the PPF on my car and did a HORRIBLE job. I have deep cuts in my paint, especially on the front bumper. They returned the car to me (after having my car for 3 WEEKS) with film literally flapping in the wind! There were rips and wrinkles on every panel of my car. They glued PPF patches on my bumper to cover up mistakes but those patches shrank in the sun so it made it 10 times worse. My weatherstrips were sliced. They "forgot" to wrap parts of my trunk, side mirrors, and door handles. I was embarrassed to be seen driving my car. It was mostly parked. 3. It took a while to get the refund for the PPF. Had to wait close to 2 months for them to remove the film. Now I have a ton of adhesive residue on my car. I also have dents on my roof and panels above my doors from the PPF install/ removal. 4. Still waiting on full payment from her regarding bumper repairs. I'm now getting estimates for the dents. Unfortunately, I'm escalating this to small claims court as she is no longer responding to my texts. I never would have imagined getting PPF would have ruined my car like this. It's been a total nightmare. I waited 4 months to write this review hoping that PJ would make this right.
