Peninsula PPF & Detail

Highly recommend working with John and his team on any PPF and/or ceramic needs. He’s extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. Pricing is transparent and fair. I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle!

John did an incredible job on my new ‘26 Chevy Trail Boss. He did a full PPF and Full Exterior Ceramic Coating. He even PPF’d my touch screen inside and my center console which was a nice gesture. He was super communicative and made the entire process a breeze for me. Definitely the best PPF spot in the Bay Area! Highly recommend!

I brought my car to John at Peninsula PPF for full-body XPEL paint protection film and ceramic coating. I have high standards for any work done on my vehicles, and John exceeded every expectation. The work itself is flawless. The film lays perfectly across every panel, and the ceramic has that deep, hydrophobic finish you want. If anything, the combination of PPF and ceramic actually enhanced the car's color, giving it a richness, depth, and shine that honestly surprised me. Walking up to the car at pickup, the gloss was remarkable. John also extended the ceramic treatment to the wheels and applied PPF to both the center display and the rear display, which not every installer will tackle. What really set John apart was how he handled the whole experience. I had to travel out of the area unexpectedly and he held the car without issue, staying flexible the entire time. He was consistently available to answer my questions throughout the process, responding promptly and thoroughly every time. At pickup he did a complete walkthrough, so I understood exactly what was done and how to care for everything during the curing period. If you are serious about protecting a special vehicle, John is the only call you need to make.

I called around before going forward with John at Peninsula PPF, and his vibe was so much better than the sleaze I was getting from competitors. He explained everything I needed to know as a first-time buyer of both PPF and ceramic, and made me feel comfortable that all my questions throughout the process would be answered promptly and honestly. In addition, I feel I got a much better deal working with John, and I feel really confident in the quality of his work. I can tell he takes pride in it and puts care into it. My car had some challenging elements, and he wasn't afraid to take them on, and I appreciated that. Overall, highly recommended, and I would definitely go back to John for anything like this in the future.

John and staff are amazing. Peninsula PPF team did a extrodinary job on Cadillac CT5-V hood, bumper, light, fenders and side view mirrors. The quality and craftsmanship the team did was excellent, I was able to get my car in about two days. If you want the job right go see John and he will do wonders to your car, he also does exterior detailing and ceramic coating services which I’ve got my other BMW IX setup for an appointment. I would definitely recommend Peninsula PPF they have competitive prices and quality like no other.
