Perfection Plus Auto Detailing / Ceramic Pro Coating / Paint Protection / Tint

I had purchased a 2026 BMW X3 out of state and had the stealth PPF added before I received my new car thinking I wanted it protected for the shipping process..(do not recommend!) The brand new car arrived looking terrible!!! It was devastating and I felt major buyers remorse! Long story short, I found Perfection Plus Auto Detailing and Shane and his team were amazing! He saw things my eye didn’t even notice and his expertise is undeniable. Attention to all detail and went above and beyond to help me navigate the whole difficult process of redoing the PPF in order to make it right for me with the out of state detailer and dial everything in. I also had them tint my windows and they did an excellent job. They made my really bad situation into a great experience and now my car looks amazing!

The fact that high-end dealerships in Bend refers their clients to a place on the North Side of Redmond says a lot. They did a perfect job on our car and their customer service was top notch. We had to cancel the first appointment on short notice and they didn’t give us grief about it. The day it was worked on, we weren’t able to get there until a while after they closed and everyone was gone. We called the number and Shane the owner picked up. After we explained the situation of why we needed the car that night, he drove from his house in Bend during rush hour to open the place up and get us our car. Shane is a very kind person. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Shane and his crew are bar none the best. We took our brand new GMC Yukon Denali to him for clear bra and ceramic coating. Super excellent job, looks like it is not even there and shines brighter than ever. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.

Brought my new car to Shane and gave him creative freedom to do what he thought would be best for my new car. His attention to detail & design exceeded my expectations. I love my car and all the unique details he added. Im so happy that I trusted him to do what he does best. Highly recommend Shane and his team If you want great results by a company that won’t take short cuts in quality, details or products.

I have been a classic car owner for 56 years. In all that time I have never let anyone detail any of my vehicles especially my 70 Chevelle SS being skeptical but after I have dealt with Perfection Plus and specifically Riley, I am now a believer in true excellence. Not only is he knowledgeable and passionate about the technique and process he uses, but his attention to detail far exceeded my expectations! His willingness to share his process and his polite and honest personality made it very easy to just know that when I picked up my car his word would be good! The car looked amazing and without question the best it’s ever looked and I will never go anywhere else to get a detail especially with Riley at the helm… He’s definitely an employee that I would never let go of just based on the way he represented and branded the company so thanks for making me a believer !!
