Phenomenal Detailing - Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, and Window Tint

The crew did a great job, but communication after the sale was slow. Emails and texts often went unanswered for a while, and it seems the owner handles everything. An office manager could help improve customer service. I also had issues with the PPF. It was installed about 14 months ago, and I’ve already had two warranty claims due to hazing and now delamination. This makes me question whether the problem is the Ceramic Pro film quality or the installation.

I was very, very happy with the work that was done at rob's shop. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and rob. Tells you exactly what he can do.And and is very precise with his work. Totally professional shop, 100% satisfied with the job that was done.

Other shops may also offer high quality PPF and tint but Phenomenal Detailing excels in the quality of installation. I had both PPF and tint installed and it is perfect. This shop really cares about its customers and quality of their work. They even do a free 30 day check of the film to ensure there are no issues. There are dozens of tint and PPF shops in the Raleigh/Durham area and you never know how good or bad they are until you have spent your money. I'll save you alot of time and heartache; check out Phenomenal Detailing. You won't be disappointed.

Had an awesome experience with Rob and his team at Phenomenal Detailing! I took my truck in to get the windows tinted, and the results came out amazing. The quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism were top-notch from start to finish. Rob made the whole process easy and kept me informed throughout. My truck looks even better now, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend Phenomenal Detailing if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service!

I recently had Phenomenal Detailing in Raleigh handle a ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and window tint on my car, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely passionate about their craft. The results are stunning – the ceramic coating gives my paint an incredible deep shine and that super-slick feel, making it so easy to clean. The PPF installation is flawless; no bubbles, perfect edges, and it's already saved me from a couple of rock chips on the highway. The window tint looks factory-perfect, blocks heat like a champ, and adds that sleek privacy I wanted. What sets them apart is the attention to detail and top-tier products. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and delivered my car looking better than new. Worth every penny – if you're in the Raleigh area and want the best protection for your ride, go to Phenomenal Detailing. Highly recommend!
